Because of my asthma and panic and anxiety problems, I'm afraid of what may happen if I take lsd. I really want to try DMT but I'm terrified. Anyone have any information for me or help? I'm serious.
From someone that has done a lot of acid/mushrooms etc: If in doubt DO NOT DO IT! Meditation is the safest way; although strictly monitoring small amounts of 'magic mushrooms' (Pscilocybe Semilanceata) COULD be ok - but you MUST start with very small doses, say 10 - 20 (ALWAYS be with another, STRAIGHT person who may help if needed). But please, if still worried, do NONE - your intuition is a great asset, don't ignore for a thrill that may turn to a living nightmare!!! All the best.

Why? Shrooms are more difficult to trip on, and less 'neutral'. LSD is a psychoanalytic lense, shrooms are entheogenic, and are alive. A bit differentl, but I'd say LSD is easier to navigate/handle. Both are still very very similar
