Life jacket debacle

Hi Everyone,
This is a short piece on my self inflating life jacket. It activated on my last outing all by itself and scared me as well as disrupted my fishing day. Not sure how many times this has happened to other people but there were a few youtube videos on it so obviously, I am not the first victim!
