I think no. Working as a judicial clerk under a judge... I don't think gives any boost to one's law practice.... Rather working under a senior advocate would make you more ready for practice.

सर मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि जिला न्यायालय में चल रहे किसी मुकदमें में बकालत कर रहे बकील हाईकोर्ट में वादी का रिस्तेदार बन एफीडेविट देकर याचिका दाखिल कर सकता है? अगर नही कर सकता तो छूटा एफिडेविट देने पर उस बकील के खिलाफ और उस पार्टी के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही हो सकती है?

Reply file hone ke bad donon parties ki hearing hoti hai, aur uske bad judgement. Magar yah sab ek hi tarikh mein ho jaega aisi apeksha na rakhen. Ismein kuchh tarikh hai pad sakti hain.

Sir what is the remedy during the pendency of litigation when a party changes for what ever reasons it's place of business or residence without informing the court or the other party and summons can't find that person or party to the court for the settlement of dispute and the matter/s are still pending ?
Hope i made the issue clear .
There are provisions in the code of civil procedure to take care of such kind of situation. If you are a lawyer please read chapter titled "process to compel appearance of the parties". If you are not a lawyer please ask your lawyer.
