Sir ji one question.. MAT gave final judgement in my favor abt appointment.. when dept. not followed order I moved contempt petition.. but at the end time of contepmt petition dept. moved to high court and challenged my order.. but high court havnt given any stay to my order yet.. so my question is shall I still move my contempt petition forward (in nxt hearing may be court wl ask officer needs to b present in court against whom i contempted.. as reply from all sides being filled) or I shall I face high court... (Dept. not taking further dates in high court, thr challenge petition is in still condition from last 2 months)

सर माझी state government मध्ये job लागली आहे HC मध्ये केस सुरू असताना आमच्या बाजूने state AGP नी affidavit file करायला वेळ मागितला त्या वर petitioner ne प्रश्न उचला की या टाइम मध्ये यांना joining देईल. यावर state AGP नी joining process la वेळ आहे त्या मुळे next hearing आधी joining होणार नाही असे म्हटले. दोन hearing झाल्या अजून affidavit file केले नाही HC नी earlier order continue till next date म्हटले आहे. मला विचारायचे आहे की आमच्या joining वर stay आहे का? Plz Answer करा सर
तुम्ही सांगताय की हायकोर्टाने earlier order to continue till next date असे म्हटले आहे. याचा अर्थ असा की यापूर्वी हायकोर्टाने कुठलीतरी ऑर्डर केलेली आहे आणि ती कंटिन्यू राहील असे आदेशित केले. तर सहाजिकच प्रश्न असा निर्माण होतो की ती पूर्वी केलेली ऑर्डर नेमकी काय आहे. ते जाणून घेतल्यावरच तुमच्या प्रश्नाचे उत्तर देता येईल. तुम्हीच तुमच्या स्तरावर हे जाणून घ्या किती पूर्वी केलेली ऑर्डर कोणती होती किंवा आहे.

Meri writ petition me interim order aaya ki-
jurisdiction of this Court under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of
India has been invoked for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the
impugned final result dated 29.08.2023 (Annexure P-9) for the post of Manager
(Utility) (HSIIDC) advertised vide Advt. No.1(8) of 2018, dated 21.07.2018
(Annexure P-1).
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had
applied for the post of Manager (Utility) with respondent No.3-Haryana State
Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (Industries &
Commerce Department, Haryana), for which selection was made by Haryana Public
Service Commission and his consideration has been left out despite being fully
eligible and falling in the merit while selecting less meritorious candidate, as is
evident from final result dated 29.08.2023 (Annexure P-9).
