I came to this video of your channel to understand more about Writ Petition. I recently received a copy of Writ Petition, which is filed against few public authority and two individuals, and I am one of the two individuals.
In that petition I find that the petitioner is falsly accusing me of some actions that I have never committed. The petitioner has also attached a copy of the complain that has been made against me in which all the accusations are false against me.
Thus, in this situation what should be my next course of action.

सर,
हमने हाईकोर्ट में कुल 8 रिट याचिका दायर की थी जिनमें से 1 रिट याचिका एग्जाम होने से पहले तथा बाकी की 7 रिट याचिका एग्जाम होने तथा एग्जाम का रिजल्ट आने के बाद दायर की थी । हाईकोर्ट की सिंगल बेंच ने सभी रिट याचिकाओं को accept करते हुए फैसला हमारे पक्ष में सुना दिया ।
अब दूसरी विपक्षी पार्टी ने Divisional Bench में अपील कर दी है एवं दलील दे रहे है की इन सभी 8 रिट याचिकाओं में केवल एक रिट याचिका exam से पहले दायर हुई है बाकी की 7 रिट याचिका रिजल्ट आने के बाद दायर की है इसलिए ये 7 रिट याचिका खारिज की जानी चाहिए एवं केवल एक ही writ याचिका मंजूर होने लायक है ।
सर क्या ऐसा अब हो सकता है की हमे सिंगल बेंच में योग्य मानकर और अब divisional bench में बाहर कर दिया जाए ???

Sir, oct. 2018 मध्ये नोकरी भरती प्रक्रियेत डावलल्यामुळे H Court याचिका केली. कोरोना काळामुळे तब्बल 4 वर्ष 6 महिने नंतर मार्च 2023 मध्ये H Court ने Notional seniyarity देऊन कामावर घेण्याचे मा. न्यायालयाने order pass केला. duty join केली आहे.प्रोबेशन कालावधी 2 वर्ष असा 6वर्ष कालावधी जातो ,बढती संधी , व pay -Fitment बाबत मार्गदर्शन करावे ही नम्र विनंती.

Sir, I have a question. I filed a writ petition in High Court in February 2022. The ground of challenge was my candidature was rejected based on a point that is not valid(proof document is RTI Reply). Till today the respondents have not filed the affidavit in reply. Now, can the respondents raise other grounds of rejection at this stage? If they do, will the court entertain such objections?

*AFR judgment is a final judgment. After that there is no hearing.*
*AFR means Approved for Reporting..
Court Judgments are usually reported in Journals, websites & media for academic purpose.But in some case there may be some issues i.e. privacy, no newness etc. Therefore the author Judge's approval is sought for "Reportable/Non Reportable " for each.*
That's all.. nothing significant to the merits of your case.*

सर मेरे मोटर बीमा क्लेम सेटलमेंट में बीमा लोकपाल ने मेरे फेवर में रिवॉर्ड दिया है लेकिन बीमा कंपनी ने हाई कोर्ट में रिट याचिका दायर कर दी है आज लगभग 45 दिन हो चुके हैं अभी तक कोई नोटिस नही आया है और बीमा कंपनी ने मुझे पेमेंट भी नही किया है में आपसे जानना चाहता हूं कि आगे में किया करु
सर जी अगर आरटीआई में फर्स्ट अपील अधिकारी 45 दिन तक सूचना नहीं देता है तो आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए क्या किया जाए

Hi sir, Mera service matter for selection Mat court Aurangabad ne final judgement date 18,feb2018 ko order kiya tha. How can writh pitition file high court
Yes. Challenging the order of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal you can file a writ petition before the High Court. However the writ petition is to be filed within a reasonable time of approximately 3 months. In your case the order that you will be challenging was passed in February 2018 that means 4 years back. So in the writ petition itself you will have to explain the delay satisfactorily, by giving proper and acceptable explanation as to what prevented you from approaching the high court in writ petition within the reasonable time.

सर हमारे विपक्षी ने चकबंदी आयुक्त के खिलाफ writ याचिका दायर करके stay ले लिया था 1986 मे उसमे हमने 1989 मे counter लगाया था लेकिन पैरवी नही की। 2010 मे petitioner का पुत्र इस case मे पैरोकार बना। 2011 मे वादी की मृत्यु हो गयी और 2019 मे प्रतिवादी की मृत्यु हो गयी लेकिन वादी पक्ष की तरफ से कोई substitution file नही की। क्या इसमें writ का abentment हो जायेगा क्या highcourt इस case को दुबारा सुनेगा

उसके बाद लग्तार हमें 2 साल तक इंतजार करें क्रिया गया कि हम आपको जॉइनिंग लेटर देंगे
हमने अपने अन्य रोजगार के अवसरों को सिर्फ इसी वजह से खो दिया क्योंकि वे हर बार कहते हैं... प्रशासनिक कारणों से आपके नामांकन में देरी हो रही है
2 साल की लंबी अवधि के बाद चीफ ऑफ एयर स्टाफ प्रेस कांफ्रेंस कि सभी पिछले भरती कैंसिल की जाती है अग्निपथ के कारण

मुझे एक याचिका लगानी है कि कोरोना की वजह से रीट भर्ती प्रक्रिया लेट हुई जो आयु की गणना 1/1/2023 से हो रही है उस मे ओवर ऐज हो रहे सभी भाइयो को 6 महीने या 1 साल की ओर शिथिलता प्रदान करने हेतु अतः आप को नॉलेज हो तो मुझे मार्गदर्शन देवे जिस से कोई बेरोजगार 4 5 महीना ओवर ऐज हो रहा होतो उसे भी फायदा हो सके

सर माझ्या अकौउटमधुन दिनांक 03/07/2020 रोजी fraud झालेला आहे.मी जवळच्या पोलीस स्टेशनला त्याच दिवशी FIR दाखल केला आहे.परंतु आजपर्यंत पोलीसांनी काहीही तपास केलेला नाही. मी पोलीस अधिक्षक यांना पण याबाबत कळवले आहे. त्यांच्याकडून पण काहीही कारवाई झालेली नाही.

केस लिस्ट नहीं होना, केस में जल्दी सुनवाई ना होना, केस में बहुत देरी होना, केस लिस्ट होने के बाद भी तारीखे पड़ना वगैरा-वगैरा इन सब बातों से हम वकील भी परेशान हैं।
लगता है यह स्थिति सारे देश में है। आज की तारीख में ना मेरे पास इसका सोल्यूशन है और लगता है ना किसी और के पास।
जैसी भी है स्थिति को स्वीकार करके उसके अंदर जो जो कर सकते वह करते रहिए और आशा करते रहिए कि आपकी केस जल्दी हो जाएगी।
