Surji good morning. Highcourt cases ko admitted na karke pending m kyu rkhte h. Aur status m pending no reason aa rha h. 1st hearing m argue list bhi hue argue bhi hue. Mere case m merits aur legel points h. Judge sahab ne bhi oppostive party se question kiye. . Opostive party bhi appear thi highcourt m. Admit na karke pending no reason m rkh diya. Kya final hearing pr laga diya h case. Kyuki date bhi mili h aage.
Sir, हम लोगों ने bihar ssc stenographer के exam को ले के patna high court में advocate के द्वारा bssc आयोग पे case file किया था लेकिन 20 दिन के बाद भी हम लोगों को case no. अभी तक नहीं मिला है! sir, please बताईये कि case file करने के कितने दिन बाद case no. मिलता है???

sir, how are grounds of a case, different from main pleas. which rules of C.P.C & Crpc, should be kept in mind, while framing grounds of a case.? please make a video on this, because sometimes the grounds sound similar to the main pleas, what is the point of repetition of main plea in grounds.? सर मेरा नाम sp singh h, मैं दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूल कार्य कर रहा हूं , 2018 main Maine lecturer PGT ( fine arts ) प्रमोशन के लिए अप्लाई किया था। लेकिन डिपार्टमेंट से मुझे जवाब मिला not eligible as qualification not consonance with the RRs.
2020 मैं मुझे प्रमोशन दे दिया गया और मैंने पीजीटी लेक्चर जॉइन कर लिया। लेकिन घरेलू कारण की वजह से मैं प्रमोशन छोड़ दिया।
मेरी समस्या यह है मुझे MACP मिलनी है क्योंकि मैं 2020 में प्रमोशन रिफ्यूज कर दिया था तो मुझे macp नहीं मिलेगी

केस लिस्ट नहीं होना, केस में जल्दी सुनवाई ना होना, केस में बहुत देरी होना, केस लिस्ट होने के बाद भी तारीखे पड़ना वगैरा-वगैरा इन सब बातों से हम वकील भी परेशान हैं।
लगता है यह स्थिति सारे देश में है। आज की तारीख में ना मेरे पास इसका सोल्यूशन है और लगता है ना किसी और के पास।
जैसी भी है स्थिति को स्वीकार करके उसके अंदर जो जो कर सकते वह करते रहिए और आशा करते रहिए कि आपकी केस जल्दी हो जाएगी।
आपके लिए और मेरे सभी व्यूवर्स के लिए प्रार्थना करने के अलावा मेरे हाथ में कुछ भी नहीं है। 🙏🏼

U/s 482 if a person is gone for quashing of an FIR and if police is not attending the court then tell what period will court to give it's decision or can high court give a X party decision
482 petition is handled by the public prosecutor / government pleader in the High Court who appears for the police department. Therefore police need not attend 482 case. Police will attend only when the high court would call them specifically to attend the high court hearing. Otherwise all that is hundred by the public prosecutor.

Is bare mein aapke vakil Sahab hi jyada acche se bata sakte hain kyunki unhone case taiyar ki hogi aur vah sab details jante honge.
