But then whether exercising such power for changing is circular suddenly would be right or wrong is another question. There are certain factors which need to be considered while examining this question. For example the entire context of the case; the contents of the previous circular and the contents of the new circular and the impact of the new circular upon those who were governed by the previous circular; the manner in which the new circular is issued; whether the new circular is made to operate retrospectively or only prospectively... all such factors need to be taken into consideration to assess whether the action of issuing new circular is right or wrong. मला वाटतं की मिळायला पाहिजे कारण असं की तुमचं कंपल्सरी रिटायरमेंट हे ज्या तारखेला इन्क्रिमेंट मिळावयाला हवं होतं त्या तारखेच्या नंतरच दिसत आहे. परंतु माझ्या या म्हणण्याला तुमच्या केसचा सल्ला समजू नये. हे एक साधारण मत आहे परंतु फायनल मत हे तुमच्या केस च्या बाबतीत इतर डिटेल्स समजून घेतल्यानंतरच देता येईल. त्यामुळे कुठलीही कायदेशीर कृती करण्यापूर्वी तुमच्या आवडीच्या वकिलांचा सल्ला घेऊन केलेले योग्य असेल अशी माझी सूचना आहे.
Uske pahle hi milta hai. Jab case properly register Ho jaati hai aur jab use per number vagaira padta hai uske bad hi first hearing hoti hai. At least that is what I have observed in the tribunals here at Nagpur.

Sir in 2026 Government has coduct IBPS -4 for clerk.
But after selection of candidates as OBC category under jat community.
After that bank has sent cancellation letter arguing that now jat is not under OBC category.
My question is that in future if jat comes OBC category under centeral list.

लगता है यह स्थिति सारे देश में है। आज की तारीख में ना मेरे पास इसका सोल्यूशन है और लगता है ना किसी और के पास।
जैसी भी है स्थिति को स्वीकार करके उसके अंदर जो जो कर सकते वह करते रहिए और आशा करते रहिए कि आपकी केस जल्दी हो जाएगी।

Is delay ki wajah se other candidates effected h q ki jb tk court case clear ni hoga , SSC further action ni lega aur other candidates are waiting for the result... सर मला 1,1,24,ई़करीमेंन्ट, लागणार होती, आणि 18,1,24,ला क़ंम्पसरि, रिटायरमेंट जबरदस्तीने कारण निलंबित था क्या सर ईंकरीमेंन्ट मिळु शकते का नाही
मला वाटतं की मिळायला पाहिजे कारण असं की तुमचं कंपल्सरी रिटायरमेंट हे ज्या तारखेला इन्क्रिमेंट मिळावयाला हवं होतं त्या तारखेच्या नंतरच दिसत आहे. परंतु माझ्या या म्हणण्याला तुमच्या केसचा सल्ला समजू नये. हे एक साधारण मत आहे परंतु फायनल मत हे तुमच्या केस च्या बाबतीत इतर डिटेल्स समजून घेतल्यानंतरच देता येईल. त्यामुळे कुठलीही कायदेशीर कृती करण्यापूर्वी तुमच्या आवडीच्या वकिलांचा सल्ला घेऊन केलेले योग्य असेल अशी माझी सूचना आहे.

Uske pahle hi milta hai. Jab case properly register Ho jaati hai aur jab use per number vagaira padta hai uske bad hi first hearing hoti hai. At least that is what I have observed in the tribunals here at Nagpur.
