    Question:-
    Sir,
I am a West Bengal govt employee. I have illegally transferred and as per single bench direction i joined my transferred post with mentioning without prejudice...
and i got ultimate relief in division Bench. Division bench seazed the transfer order as well as the judgement of single bench on 18/4/2023. Judgement found in net on 24/4/23.
After getting the judgement, office authority emailed me 24/4/23 to take release order from where I transferred and joined and as well as authority send email to my authority to give me release with mentioning as directed by division bench of Calcutta High court.
After that Office Authority filed SLP in Supreme court on 01/05/23 with a stay prayer of division court judgement.
In between this period, i got release order on 10/5/23 and office issued a further transfer order as directed by division bench. 16/5/23 in the hearing of SLP, supreme court passed a stay order of division bench judgement and status quo. Next date of hearing 14/7/23.
Question is - after giving ligalitty to the division bench judgement, that is office emailed me to take release as well as issuing a transfer order as per division bench direction, can office pray stay of division bench judgement in SLP ?
If you kindly reply, i will be greatful to you.

Iska koi inner ya outer time limit nahin hota. Facts and circumstances ke mutabik yah chalta hai. Ek bar stay order hone ke bad vah modify hone Tak ya cancel hone Tak chalti rahti hai. Yani ki Court ko dusri order karni Hoti hai stay vacate ya modify karne ki. Tab tak ste chalte rahata hai. Iska koi time limit nahin.
