Now whatever money I had I have spent. I have taken NOC now I am supposed to do evidence at this stage.Will I get a lawyer from the court end. I too have a case at the Civil Court. And my stage is in "Issues". Sorry for asking a personal question by using this platform sir. Thank u in advance.

ईस कारण मुझे कही पेपर स्टडी करने का मोका मिलता है . कमी तो ऐसा हुवा है की . हमारे क्लायंट की एक भूल से सारी डील खत्म हो जाती है , इतना ही नही कही साल जेबके खर्च से कोर्ट कचेरी का चक्कर लागता है.

ईस तरह मै , मा. मॅजिस्ट्रेट की कोर्ट, मा. चेरीटी कमिशनर की कोर्ट, मा. डेप्युटी रजिस्ट्रार, मा. कोओपरेटीव कोर्ट, मा. बॉम्बे सिटी सीवील कोर्ट , मा. बॉम्बे हाई कार्ट, आदी कोर्ट मे मै खुद केस दाखल भी कर लेता हु और पुरा केस आदेश मीलने तक लडा हु.
आपको यह बताना उचित होगा की मै धी एस्टेट एजेंट अशोशियेन ओफ ईन्डिया ( Estd 1968) का ट्रस्टी और प्रमुख हु.

Sir if any suit run from last 15 yrs ... and issues of suit also been made .... and suddenly judge of session court said one day he may check first whether was the maintainability of the suit is its or not without any application given by defendant on manintanbilty of suit... my question is that judge can check the maintainability without any application given by defendant & after 15 yrs running of suit in which also previously adj court itself given also an stay to plaintiff and 2 files of this suit running at high court also .... is it legal judge can check the maintainability of suit it now a days?????
It's the duty of the court to check every aspect of the case. So I don't think the court will be wrong....even after pendency of 15 years. After all, the case is live.
@@LegalInspiration sorry sir ... i have learned soo many things form you and still learning watch daily your old videos and learn form you...... but sir if after 15 yrs court are checking the maintainability of the suit even if issues are already made up off & some off application disposals running/ challenging in high court .. if it haapen then it's not fair justices with law & also for plaintiff.... becuz oppositions has so much power of political behind that they try evry aspect to manipulate cases with such unknw powers.... but judge must not influence them... when there are no questioning about maintainability from last 15 yrs now case is on trial where records of evidence is going to made up of in upcoming hearings& suddenly my lords put this question itself when there is no discussion going on that not in any written form nor in any verbal discussion ..he put question itself.... ................right know i don't no how to stop this/ object this.. but I'll assure I'll find anyway...to stop/ object that... i cannot play anybody with rule of law with such unknown powers.. even though he is my lord....... Sorry sir with due humbel request 🙏🙏
