    Tatiana said in an interview that when on set made up as Krystal, everyone, cast and crew, treated her differently. A real "dumb blonde" effect.

    I am nit sure if anyone commented this but Krystal was not suppose to be a returning character we were suppose to only see her in the elevator with the Castors and she was going to die. But Tatiana came up with a character for her anyway and everyone loved it so they kept her.

    One of the main things I love about this show is that there is no clone that gets it right 100% of the time. They are all flawed and sometimes all make dumb/selfish decisions. Cosima has always been the smart one, when she takes risks, they're calculated and we haven't seen her really screw up before (from what I can remember).
    Alison, Sarah and Helena have all made massive errors, but this is one of the first times we've seen Cosima get it wrong, and make a bad call BECAUSE she was over-calculating. I think it humanizes her :)

    • @KelseasComments

      I totally agree!! EXCEPT Cosima has screwed up all along with Delphine. Like remember when she left her alone in her apartment even though she suspected she was her monitor? 🤣 But overall I agree with your point and I still love them all even when they make silly decisions because I make silly decisions all the damn time.

      i thinkl you all been spendin almost a decade defending her shitz behavior in s3. Cosima has been deadass miscalculatin stuff since s1 , she has a massive egocentric issue that makes her believe she s always right and always has the answers(when she doesnt, and often isnt); presenting it as a "humanizing trait"takes away from all the shit Delphine has to endure from her in s3 and im not gonna stand for it. Then again i cant expect anything from a fandom that has been spending almost a full decade misreading Delphine with a profound lack of media literacy.

    I feel like the Clone Club keeps holding Delphine's past betrayal against her (it wasnt even a betrayal since Cosima knew she was a monitor, she still let her in her life). No matter what she does, no matter how much she proves to be on Cosima's side, they will never trust her. But they will trust or confide their plans to everyone else who betrays or actively kills them, not Delphine tho, not the pretty french scientist who is actively seeking a way to cure Cosima. Nuh uh.
    That is why even in s1 i have never held her betrayal against her cos truth be told she didnt owe Cosima her loyalty, she was just a job but Delphine still decided to protect Cosima after she got to know Cosima more. I will always be a Delphine apologist. Thats why Delphine>>>Clone club (ungrateful lil shts 😂)

    My god all I could do was squint and throw my hands up like why why is everyone acting out this episode. Alsooooo It’s crazy because the way filex was acting was sooooo uncalled for, the only thing that saved him was the kristal talk.

      Right like what the hell did you smoke Cosima cause your memory is fucked all the way up. And then her emotional little speech about her near death experience and coming back for her felt so emotionally manipulative like GIRL. ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THE SAME DELPHINE THAT YOU APPARENTLY DON'T TRUST AT ALL AND THINK IS A SHITTY PERSON?? NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU ARE MADLY IN LOVE AND THE ONLY PROBLEM IS SHE WON'T BELIEVE YOUR DEATH DREAM?? I can't even with her this episode. So much unnecessary drama cause Cosima wants to be all dramatic. For what. 🤣🤣🤣 Ok ok I'll calm down now.
      Fe's talk with Krystal was so damn great. SEE THAT'S THE SWEET FE. He is such a damn sweetheart I just hate seeing him act like a dick to people unnecessarily when I know THAT HEART IS IN THERE. And ya, they're definitely doing a good job making Rachel seem a bit more worthy of sympathy in her current circumstances.

    Can I be honest? Delphine in s3 annoyed me a lot. She seemed so cold, so different - the way she took photos of Shay and Cosima was creepy and invasive. So I get your frustration but I get Cosima's

      @KelseasComments  Год назад +1

      You can always be honest!! Ya she's definitely cold this season but I totally get why so it doesn't bother me. I don't think it was Delphine that actually personally took those photos but if you mean indirectly then ya it's super creepy but at the same time it's her job to protect the clones which Cosima asked her to do so that all kind of comes with the territory of Cosima is going to make dumb decisions and let strangers into her life. Like it's literally Delphine's job to deep dive on them and clear them for safety. So I guess I just really get Delphine but without all that context the pictures thing is super creepy.

      @@KelseasComments I used to have what my now ex-wife called "cat charisma." Almost any cat would want to be my friend. I feel I have lost a lot of that, but by no means all.
      Once, way back, I was taken to a party where I knew no one except the woman who brought me. So I kind of just sat in the back and was quiet. The host had a cat. So I made friends and she curled up in my lap. At some point the owner looked over and gasped. She said, "How did you do that? That cat hates everyone!"
      Didn't hate me. She trusted me. Again, lost some of that over the years, but some of the most ornery cats ever loved me. When I was first getting to know my later wife when she lived with her mother, they had a cat that my later step-daughter referred to as "kitty bite me." That cat loved me too. Don;t know why but have almost never met a cat who didn't trust me.

      That's how my husband Jarrett is. And not just with cats. Every single animal he comes across loves him even if he doesn't try or necessarily want them to love him lol. Even a bird once, there was this bird in this really depressing aviary in a hotel (long story why we were there) and this bird which was apparently really depressed and mean just started making all sorts of happy noises at him from across the room and then started throwing bark out of his cage with his beak. We were confused at first but then Jarrett went up to the cage, picked up the bark off the floor, put it back in the cage, and the bird flapped his wings with joy and then threw another piece of bark out and we realized he was playing a game! Jarrett stood there playing fetch with this bird for nearly an hour and the people there were in awe. They were had never seen him behave that way with anyone else. It was wild. But not wild for him. That's just how animals are with him it's so crazy.

      @@KelseasComments That is so cute! It reminds me of once when I was an exchange student in Finland. I was hanging out at the lake/sauna of the family I was staying with. A bird flew up and was singing. I whistled back. The bird matched my whistle. We "talked" back and forth for awhile until I had to leave.
      I am not a dog person. I am a cat person. But I understand dogs and they also love me. Though once met a dog who was really mean. I was walking past a pick up truck and a dog was left in the bed of the pick up. It reared up and started barking at me almost in my face. I did one single bark back right in its face and stared at the dog. It backed up, laid down, and backed off. I did it on instinct.
      Wish I was as good with people as I am with animals! But I am awkward with people.

    I don't think Delphine lost the trust she had, she didn't have anything to lose. Clone Club never trusted her in the first place. Cosima trusted her, even when she wasn't being that trustworthy, and clone club somewhat trusted in Cosima's judgement.
    When Delphine comes back and breaks up with Cosima, she loses the only connection she had with the other clones. Scott actually trusts Delphine, because he's the only one who kinda knows Delphine and where her loyalities really lie.
    Scott even points out that Cosima's misstrust might be more about their relationship drama than about Delphine herself. And it's Delphine he calls the moment things get really bad.

    • @KelseasComments
      @KelseasComments  Год назад +4

      Right. Cosima trusted her. And she never did anything to lose that. In fact, Cosima trusted her when she wasn't being super trustworthy and then when she actually fully became trustworthy THEN Cosima decided to treat her like the enemy. And she makes it very very clear that her distrust IS all the lesbian drama shit (like Scott theorizes) when she gives her little emotional speech about her near death experience. She loves this woman. She came back from the dead for her. But she is going to treat her like the enemy because "she wouldn't have believed that." What?? What did that little speech have anything to do with why Cosima isn't trusting her or why she suddenly thinks Delphine is trying to climb the top side ladder. Cosima is hurt that Delphine broke up with her in other to protect her and her sisters better, which is what she asked her to do. She asked her to be more trustworthy, Delphine did so, and now Cosima doesn't trust her. 💀 WOMEN. 🤪
      Scott is the best and thank God he can see past all the relationship drama and see people and their actions with some reason and logic.

    • @drownednkk8137
      @drownednkk8137 Год назад +1

      @@KelseasComments Oh, that conversation about Cosima's near death experience isn't about trust, it's Cosima trying to get Delphine back. Cosima tells her that if Delphine isn't going to switch sides and be with her, she has to let Cosima go. But Delphine already is on her side and she has already decided that this is the best she can do for Cosima, so the sentence doesn't have any effect.
      That's when Cosima tries to appease Delphine's soft side instead, telling her she almost died and she came back for Delphine. By that she means to tell Delphine that only reason she's still alive is because she thought Delphine would be with her.
      This works and breaks Delphine's resolve for a moment and they kiss. Note how easily Cosima let Delphine kiss her. That's because it isn't about her not trusting Delphine, she's not really even mad at her either, she just wants to be with her. Cosima isn't willing to make the same sacrifice for her and her sisters' safety that Delphine is.
      And then Delphine remembers her duty for the clones and she gets pissed off again, pushes Cosima off and tells her she should have trusted her, because her not trusting Delphine forced Delphine's hand, thus Nealon going to get Rachel instead of them all working together.

    • @KelseasComments
      @KelseasComments  Год назад +3

      I get that. But that's my point. Cosima wouldn't have gone to that conversation if she had an actual reason to not trust Delphine. She never had an actual reason. Which is why she went to that discussion in the first place. Which is what I'm saying. Cosima is being so emotional and unreasonable and dramatic and silly and punishing Delphine for doing exactly what she asked her to do. Protect them.

    • @drownednkk8137
      @drownednkk8137 Год назад +1

      @@KelseasComments Yes, she definitely doesn't have a reason to not trust Delphine. I mean she does, but she ignored all those reasons before. She's being childish and trying to distance herself from Delphine by making this some power play when it doesn't have to be one.
      And her emotions are putting everyone in danger, but that is not new behavior from Cosima. She also trusted Delphine into her home unsupervised when she was pretty darn sure Delphine is her monitor, and then she was flabbergasted when Delphine actually did her job she knew she was paid to do.

    The Cos / Del relationship is complex. Yes, they are in love, but is Cosima willing to trust Delphine not to inadvertently disclose sensitive information to DYAD? Answer: NO. So, she kept the book secret. She's not stupid. In this ep, we discover Dr. Nealon is playing both sides. And Racheal is playing the same game. Dr. Nealon and Rachael are in bed together, but the good doctor is also someone else's puppet. We see the back of her head when she says: "Thank you Allan." Who is this woman? Are we climbing further up the ladder of villains, and where does this ladder lead? What discoveries will be uncovered in London? Will the team find the original Castor donor, and who will it be? More importantly, it is vital that all Caster science be destroyed, or Paul died for nothing. And. BTW, who told DYAD about the book's existence?
    Next ep is a killer. Love your passion and excitement, and never lose the laugh. Thanks Kelsea.

      im sorry but cosima is dumb full on lol , if you love somebody you trust them, you dont put them in an ass position every single time they try to help you. This type of mistrust misureunderstanding material stuff was a possibility in s1 when she had just found out Delphine worked for DYAD(and even then it wasnt justified and made no sense because she knew Delphine was a monitor and she still let her in and Delphine didnt owe her shitz back then, they had like done it once and still she picked their side, like that love at first site stuff was so powerful for her that it was enough to change everything she had known till that point), but 3 seasons in it just doesnt make any sense , its simply Cosima constantly choosing to believe she s better at this than a person who s been workin in stuff like this for years; they keep on believing people who beat, kidnap and betray them and not Delphine who s literally in the trenches for this;at this point Delphine has also done nothing to make them think she s not on their side, Cosima is simply lashing at Delphine for breaking up with her which is, and allow me i love Cosima but when she behaves like this she needs to be called out, completely childish. You can call her out, i promise you, it wont make you love her any less if for once you call her out, we ve been going circles with this same discussion for almost a decade its about time some people call out Cosima's s3 behavior, asides from me.
