It's your heart. Follow your heart. You know where you want to build a home for your family. Either city or country. Each location has it's positive and negative impacts on your life and your family. Ask yourself these questions. What is the first thing you want to see for years to come when you wake up in the morning when you look out the window. Nature or buildings? What is the first thing you want to hear when you wake? Traffic or birds chirping? To eat? Market and restaurants or growing your own garden? Flowers...buy at a shop or grow your own? I know it is convenient to be so close to all the markets, transportation and special locations. Especially when one can walk to the train or bus, or a certain restaurant, or events at certain places of interests. It's all in your heart because you always have your whole family in your heart. Take a small book. One page write CITY and another page write COUNTRY. Mark a line down the middle of each page. One side would be 'positives' and the other half of the page would be 'negatives'. Take a few minutes or a week or two to add things to each pages whether they are positive or negative. When you feel you are finished, consult with your husband as maybe he can add a few things himself! I look forward to a view of your life across the ocean every weekend. It makes me smile and I always wish you the best in life with your husband and precious daughter. Know that I will be your #1 cheerleader here in NYC. I know you will make the best decision for your family because you always want 'love' to be part of your 'home'. It is not a home until love lives within, and I've never doubted this with you. Se o coração tem pedido a casa, ficará sempre a frustração de não ter ido em busca do que se quis. Porém, reconheço que não será tarefa fácil, pois uma escolha nunca vem só com a parte que nós encanta. O lado difícil vem junto. O que equilibra as situações é quando estamos fazendo aquilo que queremos de fato, pois, desse modo, o difícil vai ser superado pela energia do querer fazer o que se quer de fato. Я тоже согласна, в город всегда можно съездить на выходные или выбраться на выставку или в театр, даже живя в городе мы не очень часто посещаем мероприятия, так что я бы не отказалась от возможности жить ближе к природе из-за удобств города. Если школа для Хами недалеко, если вы с супркгом водите машину и можете возить ребёнка, то дом за городом будет счастьем, всё остальное можно спланировать.
Vivimos durante 34 años en Madrid. Por motivos de trabajo nos trasladamos al medio rural a un pequeño pueblo . A los 2 años de estar viviendo ahí, lo tuvimos claro . Nos compramos un terreno y nos hicimos una casa . Fue una tarea dura , a veces me arrepentí, pero cuando la tuvimos construida y nos mudamos a ella , fue la felicidad absoluta . Mis 3 hijos han crecido felices , con perros , gato sin tecnología. No hay metro , ni autobús, pero con el coche vas a cualquier sitio . Lo único que te recomiendo es una buena despensa !!! . Sabréis los 3 , los que tenéis que elegir . Gracias por tus videos , me encantan !!
Querida, acredito que o desejo de construir uma casa mora em seu coração há muito tempo, por isso, se você encontrou um terreno que fez seu coração pulsar e seus olhos brilharem, acredito que este é o sinal que chegou o momento! Estar perto da natureza é algo que percebo fazer muito bem à sua família. Quanto às questões que precise resolver na cidade ou passeios que você queira fazer, creio que do jeito que suas rotina é organizada será fácil gerenciar isso. O ponto principal que vocês precisam pensar, a meu ver, é a localização da escola de Hami. Se isso estiver ok, é hora de respirar fundo e fazer esse sonho virar realidade! Gosto dos vídeos. Já residi próximo e tb afastada do ponto central. Gosto de ambos. Atualmente com mais idade retornei ao local mais próximo, o que facilita a locomoção .
Yo me mudé junto a mi familia al campo hace 9 años. Siempre digo que fue la decisión más difícil y mejor tomada en toda mi vida. La calidad de vida no la cambio por nada, ni por una ciudad grande. Construir tu propia casa, será la mejor y la más difícil de todas tus decisiones, ni te vas a arrepentir ❤️
As someone who grew up in the country, I think that's the best way to experience childhood! The city makes you grow up quicker. The city surrounds you with so many messages and advertisements and fast-paced life that can be overwhelming to a child. I think the slower life in the countryside is so important and wonderful. As a RUclipsr, we love your relaxing content, the slow-paced life, focus on nature, and quietness. I think city life would change your content to be less relaxing. Also building a house is something I would love to see and follow along the journey with so I hope you go down that path! Best of luck deciding though, we'll be here to support you regardless 🌼🥰💖
Building a house is overwhelming at first but the feeling you get knowing it’s the home that you built, your style, your designs is totally worth all the challenges along the way. We also love living in the city but country living is the best for families with kids, the kids love exploring the backyard and nature. We also make day trips or weekens trips in the city and now it made it even more special, we look at it as a “day excursion in the city” and then come home in our quiet and peaceful place after a fun and busy day in the city.. the best feeling coming home to the quiet and safe place we call our forever-home 🥰🏡
I follow you since the pandemic and I can tell by the videos that what your family love is being together ❤; now, about the house, by the videos I can notice that you enjoy nature and a relaxed life, you rarely go to restaurants and such and when you do you go by car, problem solved! You should live where you feel the most content. If you are having second thoughts don’t choose now but you have been talking about building a house for a long time and deep down you know what to do. In the future if you want to move again you sell the house🎉 building a house doesn’t mean living there forever ❤
I agree with what you said! Sue, you are someone who enjoys country living and giving your family, especially your daughter, the experience of living in this kind of environment. Given that Seoul always has issues with polluted air, I believe that the quality of life is better in a detached house in a rural area. Building a house doesn't mean you have to live there forever, you can sell the house later on when you really want to move back to the city, I agree! Certainly, there may be financial considerations like the cost of buying the land and building the house (whether you can afford it now?) and whether you can sell it for a good price (later). Perhaps you can find out what is the master plan development for this area, whether there is any intention to build a subway in the future (who knows, this may be a possibility?) and if there are developments in the future then the property prices will likely increase. If Hami has access to a good school nearby, go with your heart and stay here. As for travelling to the city to meet up with friends and visiting exhibitions, those can be planned as special trips. Go with your heart and whatever decision you have made, don't regret it.

Com o tempo acabamos entendendo o que é melhor para nossa família, se você tem a oportunidade de criar o seu lar do zero, vá em frente! E, para nós, será muito legal ver esse processo! Yes ..if you ever decide to shift you can always rent it or sell it … also as you mentioned about what your sister said .. transitioning frm a house to a flat is always a difficult transition as you are now use to the open space that you have.

Hoje moro na cidade por motivos de estudo, mas morei na zona rural por mais de 8 anos e ainda sinto saudade, do canto dos pássaros, do sol, do vento, dos animais,de colher as frutas nas árvores, parece que vivemos em outro mundo com muita paz. A cidade é cheia de praticidades mas nada se compara a uma casa no campo, não vejo a hora de voltar pra zona rural. Boa sorte na sua jornal que você tome a decisão que seje melhor pra você e sua família e que faça vocês se sentirem cada vez mais felizes!

Никакая квартира не сравнится с собственным домом. Я всю жизнь мечтала жить в сельской местности, но мои родные меня не поддерживали, считали что в городе жить лучше. Сейчас у меня взрослый сын и в прошлом году он купил участок земли, а сейчас начнёт строительство. Ток что скоро сбудется моя мечта. Желаю вам построить большой дом и жить в нём долго и счастливо.

Но свой дом и своя земля - это огромный простор для вашего творчества и для развития Хами. Счастье и удовольствие для вашего мужа. Два года назад у меня появилась дача и я бесконечно счастлива, и дети счастливы. У мужа появилась своя мастерская. Дети изучают природу, сезон за сезоном. Поэтому надо просто решиться и выбрать дорогу и идти по ней не оглядываясь. А мы, ваши подписчики, поддержим вас, что бы вы не выбрали)

집을 지으려는 택지가 도시에 가깝더라도 읍이나 면이면 농촌주택개량사업 대출 혜택을 저리로 받으실 수 있어요. 해당 시나 군 홈페이지나 건축과에 전화하시면 관련 정보를 알아보실 수 있어요. 대략의 정보를 드리자면 무주택자로 해당 지역에 집을 지을 사람이면 45평이하로 지을 경우 자격이 돼십니다. 고정금리 2%이고 변동금리도 있는데 과거에는 변동금리가 더 쌌다면 지금은 고정금리가 더 저렴해서 고정금리 신청이 더 많더군요. 39세 이하이시면 청년세대 지원사업에 해당돼서 더 싼 1.5% 고정금리로 대출해준다고 합니다. 이왕 주택 지으실 거면 대출이 필요할 테니 꽤 괜찮죠. 최대 2억까지 대출되고 매달 갚을 필요없이 일년 몰아서 마지막에 1년치 원금과 대출 값아나가는 식이고 중도상환 수수료 없고 대출금에 대한 연말정산 공제 혜택도 있어요. 상환 기간은 최대 20년으로 하실 수 있고 이자 거치기간은 1년, 3년 선택하실 수 있어요. 잘하면 거의 이자는 공짜라고 보시면 됩니다. 저도 이 제도의 혜택을 우연히 알고 신청해서 대상자가 됐는데 올해 집을 다 지으면 대출 받을 거예요. 토지 구입 단계에 자금이 필요하면 토지를 담보로 대출을 받으실 수 있어요. 이미 토지가 있으면 나중에 대출 때 주택 담보로 모자라는 금액을 토지를 담보로 더 대출할 수도 있구요. 년 초에 대상자 모집하는데 대상자가 다 찼더라도 중도 사업 포기자가 있으면 나중에 신청해서 들어갈 수 있으니 한번 알아보시길 추천 드려요.

Yo vivía en un piso, en una ciudad. Hace 15 años, cuando nació mi primer hijo, me mudé al campo. Al principio me costó mucho adaptarme al cambio pero es la mejor decisión que hemos tomado. Ahora estamos encantados y no queremos irnos de aquí. Te recomiendo que te atrevas y lo hagas. Un beso fuerte desde la otra parte del mundo.😘😘😘
Morar em um lugar calmo, muito verde, um pedaço de terra para horta e jardim é sem dúvidas, um sonho. Olhar na janela e ver um ipê ou cerejeira em flor em vez de um bloco de edificio, não tem preço. Como vocês tem uma filha pequena, levar para escola, aula de música, balé ou outra atividade qualquer, o levar e buscar, estando longe da cidade, é complicado. Uma cidade pequena, nem grandes centros e nem isolados seria de pensar. Teria tua casa, teu jardim e tua horta, com muito conforto e tranquilidade.

Hace un año me mudé de la ciudad al campo, es la mejor decisión que he tomado, me siento feliz y en calma, ver las plantas de mi huerto crecer me llena de paz, para mi vivir en el campo es una bendición pero para cada uno diferente, no puedo aconsejarte solo compartir contigo lo que fue para mi. Dear Hamimommy, I grew up in a city. I married a man who is a farmer. I love the open space and fields of crops growing around me. I would never want to move back to a city. Honestly, it was hard for the first couple of years living in the countryside away from city transportation but I learned how to adjust and I enjoy my quieter life. The bonus is my city friends love to come to visit our home! They find it quiet and peaceful. It's been 30 years since I left the city for my farm life and it was the best thing I ever did! Raising my children in a quieter area was very beneficial for their upbringing, it speaks volumes when they have the choice to live in a rural area or the city and they have all chosen a rural living. I encourage you to build the home.

Esse em especial me fez refletir bastante, pois vivo esse dilema de morar na capital e ter a comodidade de tudo pertinho ou viver mais afastada e ter a paz, o clima gostoso e desfrutar momentos com a família. Hola!! Mi opinión es que es mejor llevar a cabo algo difícil que quedarse con las ganas de haber hecho algo que por temor no se hizo. En resumen es mejor arrepentirse que quedarse con las ganas. Construir una casa lleva mucho trabajo y estrés pero es hermoso estrenar una casa propia.

Só que alguns sonhos são mais persistentes em nossos corações do que outros e creio que esse seja o seu, o sonho de uma casa própria construída do jeitinho que você e sua família desejam! Ao meu ver seria uma ótima idéia, se claro não for desgastante e burocrático pra vocês, seus vídeos pra mim, que também moro em área rural são relaxantes e fantásticos por justamente você mostrar coisas simples de sua rotina, com aquela pitada de cidade quando vai comprar algo ou participar de aulas de culinária, no meu ponto de vista você e sua família tem uma conexão única com vida no campo, creio que moradia em apartamento pra quem já é acostumado com esse estilo de vida tranquilo seria mais estressante, é isso!
Bruna, hoje em dia quem vive numa cidade, "não tem muito tempo para a família", se me faço entender, a vida é cheia de correria de um lado para outro, quase nem temos tempo de dizer um ola para uma pessoa amiga que vemos na rua.... e se for assim anos em anos, passamos a vida toda assim e chegamos a conclusão "que não somos felizes, pelo simples estilo de vida que temos" e que ha uns anos atras pensavamos que era o estilo de vida que queriamos..... o que algumas pessoas arriscam na vida mudar da cidade para uma zona rural, onde "a vida" é mais tranquila e ssossegado, sem muito barulgo e sem muito stress, o que nos faz pssar mais tempo com a familia e desfrutar mais do meio ambiente e tudo o resto..... pelo menos é assim que penso.....
Amo seus vídeos, moro em uma casa no interior, com quintal e jardins grandes, morei mto tempo em uma grande cidade, e digo a você com toda a convicção, que construir sua casa no interior com certeza será a melhor escolha. For Hami it is good for her because less pollution and she will be around nature all the time. Your husband likes to be around nature too and I think this will be beneficial to your health. At the beginning it was not easy. We all struggle to adapt. Now, we finally moved to our new house with lots of space and land to plant our vegetables and flowers. If we lose something leaving the city we earned much more and healthy things moving to the country. Our child is much stronger than we tought, and even more than us, she easily made new friends. It's your heart. Follow your heart. You know where you want to build a home for your family. Either city or country. Each location has it's positive and negative impacts on your life and your family. Ask yourself these questions. What is the first thing you want to see for years to come when you wake up in the morning when you look out the window. Nature or buildings? What is the first thing you want to hear when you wake? Traffic or birds chirping? To eat? Market and restaurants or growing your own garden? Flowers...buy at a shop or grow your own? I know it is convenient to be so close to all the markets, transportation and special locations. Especially when one can walk to the train or bus, or a certain restaurant, or events at certain places of interests. It's all in your heart because you always have your whole family in your heart. Take a small book. One page write CITY and another page write COUNTRY. Mark a line down the middle of each page. One side would be 'positives' and the other half of the page would be 'negatives'. Take a few minutes or a week or two to add things to each pages whether they are positive or negative. When you feel you are finished, consult with your husband as maybe he can add a few things himself! I look forward to a view of your life across the ocean every weekend. It makes me smile and I always wish you the best in life with your husband and precious daughter. Know that I will be your #1 cheerleader here in NYC. I know you will make the best decision for your family because you always want 'love' to be part of your 'home'. It is not a home until love lives within, and I've never doubted this with you. И я больше люблю природу, что-то настоящее и натуральное, поэтому не хочу возвращаться в город. Когда строишь свой дом - больше возможностей создать что-то уникальное и неповторимое, да и для съёмок больше интересных возможностей, чем в квартире. Se o coração tem pedido a casa, ficará sempre a frustração de não ter ido em busca do que se quis. Porém, reconheço que não será tarefa fácil, pois uma escolha nunca vem só com a parte que nós encanta. O lado difícil vem junto. O que equilibra as situações é quando estamos fazendo aquilo que queremos de fato, pois, desse modo, o difícil vai ser superado pela energia do querer fazer o que se quer de fato. Я тоже согласна, в город всегда можно съездить на выходные или выбраться на выставку или в театр, даже живя в городе мы не очень часто посещаем мероприятия, так что я бы не отказалась от возможности жить ближе к природе из-за удобств города. Если школа для Хами недалеко, если вы с супркгом водите машину и можете возить ребёнка, то дом за городом будет счастьем, всё остальное можно спланировать.

Vivimos durante 34 años en Madrid. Por motivos de trabajo nos trasladamos al medio rural a un pequeño pueblo . A los 2 años de estar viviendo ahí, lo tuvimos claro . Nos compramos un terreno y nos hicimos una casa . Fue una tarea dura , a veces me arrepentí, pero cuando la tuvimos construida y nos mudamos a ella , fue la felicidad absoluta . Mis 3 hijos han crecido felices , con perros , gato sin tecnología. No hay metro , ni autobús, pero con el coche vas a cualquier sitio . Lo único que te recomiendo es una buena despensa !!! . Sabréis los 3 , los que tenéis que elegir . Gracias por tus videos , me encantan !!
Querida, acredito que o desejo de construir uma casa mora em seu coração há muito tempo, por isso, se você encontrou um terreno que fez seu coração pulsar e seus olhos brilharem, acredito que este é o sinal que chegou o momento!
Estar perto da natureza é algo que percebo fazer muito bem à sua família. Quanto às questões que precise resolver na cidade ou passeios que você queira fazer, creio que do jeito que suas rotina é organizada será fácil gerenciar isso.
O ponto principal que vocês precisam pensar, a meu ver, é a localização da escola de Hami. Se isso estiver ok, é hora de respirar fundo e fazer esse sonho virar realidade!

Gosto dos vídeos. Já residi próximo e tb afastada do ponto central. Gosto de ambos. Atualmente com mais idade retornei ao local mais próximo, o que facilita a locomoção .

As someone who grew up in the country, I think that's the best way to experience childhood! The city makes you grow up quicker. The city surrounds you with so many messages and advertisements and fast-paced life that can be overwhelming to a child. I think the slower life in the countryside is so important and wonderful. As a RUclipsr, we love your relaxing content, the slow-paced life, focus on nature, and quietness. I think city life would change your content to be less relaxing. Building a house is overwhelming at first but the feeling you get knowing it’s the home that you built, your style, your designs is totally worth all the challenges along the way. We also love living in the city but country living is the best for families with kids, the kids love exploring the backyard and nature. We also make day trips or weekens trips in the city and now it made it even more special, we look at it as a “day excursion in the city” and then come home in our quiet and peaceful place after a fun and busy day in the city.. the best feeling coming home to the quiet and safe place we call our forever-home 🥰🏡
I follow you since the pandemic and I can tell by the videos that what your family love is being together ❤; now, about the house, by the videos I can notice that you enjoy nature and a relaxed life, you rarely go to restaurants and such and when you do you go by car, problem solved! You should live where you feel the most content. If you are having second thoughts don’t choose now but you have been talking about building a house for a long time and deep down you know what to do. Given that Seoul always has issues with polluted air, I believe that the quality of life is better in a detached house in a rural area. Building a house doesn't mean you have to live there forever, you can sell the house later on when you really want to move back to the city, I agree! Certainly, there may be financial considerations like the cost of buying the land and building the house (whether you can afford it now?) and whether you can sell it for a good price (later). Perhaps you can find out what is the master plan development for this area, whether there is any intention to build a subway in the future (who knows, this may be a possibility?) and if there are developments in the future then the property prices will likely increase. Que vídeo maravilhoso! Hoje moro na cidade por motivos de estudo, mas morei na zona rural por mais de 8 anos e ainda sinto saudade, do canto dos pássaros, do sol, do vento, dos animais,de colher as frutas nas árvores, parece que vivemos em outro mundo com muita paz.
A cidade é cheia de praticidades mas nada se compara a uma casa no campo, não vejo a hora de voltar pra zona rural.

Никакая квартира не сравнится с собственным домом. Я всю жизнь мечтала жить в сельской местности, но мои родные меня не поддерживали, считали что в городе жить лучше. Сейчас у меня взрослый сын и в прошлом году он купил участок земли, а сейчас начнёт строительство. Ток что скоро сбудется моя мечта. Желаю вам построить большой дом и жить в нём долго и счастливо.

С возвращением! Вы отлично выглядите! Нет однозначно правильного решения. Есть просто две дороги. Если у Вы не на 100% человек города, тогда обе дороги равнозначны. Но свой дом и своя земля - это огромный простор для вашего творчества и для развития Хами. Счастье и удовольствие для вашего мужа. Два года назад у меня появилась дача и я бесконечно счастлива, и дети счастливы. У мужа появилась своя мастерская. Дети изучают природу, сезон за сезоном. Поэтому надо просто решиться и выбрать дорогу и идти по ней не оглядываясь. А мы, ваши подписчики, поддержим вас, что бы вы не выбрали)

집을 지으려는 택지가 도시에 가깝더라도 읍이나 면이면 농촌주택개량사업 대출 혜택을 저리로 받으실 수 있어요.
해당 시나 군 홈페이지나 건축과에 전화하시면 관련 정보를 알아보실 수 있어요.
대략의 정보를 드리자면 무주택자로 해당 지역에 집을 지을 사람이면 45평이하로 지을 경우 자격이 돼십니다. 고정금리 2%이고 변동금리도 있는데 과거에는 변동금리가 더 쌌다면 지금은 고정금리가 더 저렴해서 고정금리 신청이 더 많더군요. 39세 이하이시면 청년세대 지원사업에 해당돼서 더 싼 1.5% 고정금리로 대출해준다고 합니다.
이왕 주택 지으실 거면 대출이 필요할 테니 꽤 괜찮죠.
최대 2억까지 대출되고 매달 갚을 필요없이 일년 몰아서 마지막에 1년치 원금과 대출 값아나가는 식이고 중도상환 수수료 없고 대출금에 대한 연말정산 공제 혜택도 있어요.
상환 기간은 최대 20년으로 하실 수 있고 이자 거치기간은 1년, 3년 선택하실 수 있어요.
잘하면 거의 이자는 공짜라고 보시면 됩니다.
저도 이 제도의 혜택을 우연히 알고 신청해서 대상자가 됐는데 올해 집을 다 지으면 대출 받을 거예요.
토지 구입 단계에 자금이 필요하면 토지를 담보로 대출을 받으실 수 있어요. 이미 토지가 있으면 나중에 대출 때 주택 담보로 모자라는 금액을 토지를 담보로 더 대출할 수도 있구요.
년 초에 대상자 모집하는데 대상자가 다 찼더라도 중도 사업 포기자가 있으면 나중에 신청해서 들어갈 수 있으니 한번 알아보시길 추천 드려요.

Yo vivía en un piso, en una ciudad. Hace 15 años, cuando nació mi primer hijo, me mudé al campo. Al principio me costó mucho adaptarme al cambio pero es la mejor decisión que hemos tomado. Ahora estamos encantados y no queremos irnos de aquí. Te recomiendo que te atrevas y lo hagas. Un beso fuerte desde la otra parte del mundo.😘😘😘

Morar em um lugar calmo, muito verde, um pedaço de terra para horta e jardim é sem dúvidas, um sonho. Olhar na janela e ver um ipê ou cerejeira em flor em vez de um bloco de edificio, não tem preço. Como vocês tem uma filha pequena, levar para escola, aula de música, balé ou outra atividade qualquer, o levar e buscar, estando longe da cidade, é complicado. Uma cidade pequena, nem grandes centros e nem isolados seria de pensar. Teria tua casa, teu jardim e tua horta, com muito conforto e tranquilidade.

Dear Hamimommy, I grew up in a city. I married a man who is a farmer. I love the open space and fields of crops growing around me. I would never want to move back to a city. Honestly, it was hard for the first couple of years living in the countryside away from city transportation but I learned how to adjust and I enjoy my quieter life. The bonus is my city friends love to come to visit our home! They find it quiet and peaceful. It's been 30 years since I left the city for my farm life and it was the best thing I ever did! Raising my children in a quieter area was very beneficial for their upbringing, it speaks volumes when they have the choice to live in a rural area or the city and they have all chosen a rural living. I encourage you to build the home.

Hola!! Mi opinión es que es mejor llevar a cabo algo difícil que quedarse con las ganas de haber hecho algo que por temor no se hizo. En resumen es mejor arrepentirse que quedarse con las ganas. Construir una casa lleva mucho trabajo y estrés pero es hermoso estrenar una casa propia.

Só que alguns sonhos são mais persistentes em nossos corações do que outros e creio que esse seja o seu, o sonho de uma casa própria construída do jeitinho que você e sua família desejam! Ao meu ver seria uma ótima idéia, se claro não for desgastante e burocrático pra vocês, seus vídeos pra mim, que também moro em área rural são relaxantes e fantásticos por justamente você mostrar coisas simples de sua rotina, com aquela pitada de cidade quando vai comprar algo ou participar de aulas de culinária, no meu ponto de vista você e sua família tem uma conexão única com vida no campo, creio que moradia em apartamento pra quem já é acostumado com esse estilo de vida tranquilo seria mais estressante, é isso!
Bruna, hoje em dia quem vive numa cidade, "não tem muito tempo para a família", se me faço entender, a vida é cheia de correria de um lado para outro, quase nem temos tempo de dizer um ola para uma pessoa amiga que vemos na rua.... e se for assim anos em anos, passamos a vida toda assim e chegamos a conclusão "que não somos felizes, pelo simples estilo de vida que temos" e que ha uns anos atras pensavamos que era o estilo de vida que queriamos..... o que algumas pessoas arriscam na vida mudar da cidade para uma zona rural, onde "a vida" é mais tranquila e ssossegado, sem muito barulgo e sem muito stress, o que nos faz pssar mais tempo com a familia e desfrutar mais do meio ambiente e tudo o resto..... pelo menos é assim que penso.....

I think everyone has given you great advice here really. There are pros and cons to living in a more rural area. For Hami it is good for her because less pollution and she will be around nature all the time. Your husband likes to be around nature too and I think this will be beneficial to your health. You can maintain a good garden and vegetable garden better in a rural area. Building a new home there will be great for you all mentally and physically. The city or suburbs means it's easier to reach conveniently the things you need. Work would be closer also? Really think about what you all want as a family. Building a new home can be daunting but if you can do it and you will all enjoy life there more, go for it! No matter what you decide, take time to think what you all really want. I totally understand your fears. I'm a mother of a beatiful girl at her 8 years old full of energy and hapiness. During the last year, we've decided to move from the city to the country side. At the beginning it was not easy. We all struggle to adapt. Now, we finally moved to our new house with lots of space and land to plant our vegetables and flowers. If we lose something leaving the city we earned much more and healthy things moving to the country. Our child is much stronger than we tought, and even more than us, she easily made new friends. 저는 애들이 초등 고학년일때 수도권에서 제일 작은 군소재지로 단독주택 지어서 이사했어요 힘들고 어려울때도 있었지만 항상 자연과 함께 할 수 있어 블편한 것을 다 감수할 수 있어요 그리고 아이들에게는 학교에서 가르치지 않은 것들을 자연히 배울 수가 있어서 좋았고 지금 성인이 된 아이들에게 남들과 다른 추억과 고향을 줄 수 있어 좋았습니다 영상을 보니 아파트로 이사 하셨다가도 다시 주택으로 오실 분들 같이 보이네요 제 생각입니다

Provavelmente será muito bom pra Hami permanecer em uma mesma localidade, por crescer em um ambiente que faz bem pra ela, mais calmo, menos poluição do que na cidade, sem falar das amizades que ela não vai precisar perder por ter que ficar se mudando sempre. Os passeios pela cidade sempre serão mais divertidos já que tiveram que esperar um tempo por eles, vão conseguir aproveitar de forma mais agradável.

Having lived in Seoul myself for 6 years, I know the hustle and bustle, the trendy allure and modernity, but I always found the true beauty of Korea in the mountains and temples in rural areas. Whatever/wherever you decide, I’m sure you will make a loving and cozy home for Hami and your husband, but I do feel you three will thrive when building your home in the countryside💚

eu já mudei algumas vezes também, e sei que não é confortável a adaptação para nossos filhos e acabamos sofrendo por isso, mas quero te dizer, meu coração se encheu de alegria quando você disse que estava querendo tomar uma decisão de morar na zona rural, em uma casa, pois já tivemos essa experiência, foi um tempo maravilhoso, mas tivemos que voltar para cidade grande. Mas creio que teremos logo logo a nossa casa em um lugar tranquilo, mais próximo da natureza.
