Pro tip- go out the door dragging it bottom first. So you would be holding the bottom of the tree, where the trunk is largest. Also, wrap the tree with a large bedsheet (use a thrifted one or cheap one you keep just for this-it will probably get a hole poked in it. You drag it out bottom first because that way the branches are less likely to catch on doorways because you're going with the natural growth of the branches, instead of going against the branches. Hope this makes sense to everyone.

So glad to see you post this morning. Makes me happy to start to get back to normal. My husband taught me years ago that you go through doorways with the big part of the tree first. That way the branches push into the center.

Happy New Year Noemi ! I took down our Christmas decor inside and out the other day. We worked hard on organizing our storage room, sorting through everything in there. Now each season/holiday will be so easy to put up and put away. It's always a little sad to take down Christmas decor, but I do love the fresh feeling of starting the new year. 🥰🏜🌞❄☃💗✝

I decorated very minimally this Christmas and I love the simplicity. I find the older I get, the less “busy” and cluttered I want my surroundings. I will be switching out some of the Christmas decor with winter decor next week. We have a lot of winter ahead yet! Enjoyed watching you de-Christmas your home!
