I always love your videos and have followed you for years (Will was a child and you were still married!). In this video, I allow myself to react and provide you with information. 1) When you remove the cord from a charger but leave it plugged in, be aware that you are still using energy. It's small but you consume. 2) Placing cleaning items and towels on top of trash (even dry trash) involves micro transfer. Your towels are “contaminated” by waste. Again, it's tiny but you have to know it. 3) The ideal flower storage temperature depends on the variety of flowers. It can range from 8 to 20° Celcius. It was a florist friend who taught me about it. Also, if you do not have the possibility (or the desire) to take your vase out at night, or the temperatures are much too low or high, simply put 2-3 ice cubes in the vase water over time (I do it every 2 days when I change the water). I wish you a beautiful day and thank you for your inspiring videos. Best wishes.

I'll be pulling from this treasure trove a lot. The tip about using recycables as recycling containers - so simple but brilliant! Hi Benita, I use a throw rug grip pad cut up in various sizes to keep things from sliding. 🇬🇧 Such great ideas Benita. Have you ever thought of writing a book? I think it would do well. I love your vlogs, can you do more regular ones? Hair looks lovely x
A couple of years ago, I bought a large pine chest and when I got it home, I tried all the things you are suggesting and no matter what I did the smell would not leave, so I donated to a charity and perhaps they could paint it to get the odour out. I too place trivets between my fry pans and works wonders, no scratches. Thanks for all of the great ideas.

I just enjoy watching your videos so much - thanks for all the unique tips and tricks. For getting smells out - we have a product here in the states called 'Nature's Miracle' - it's for cat/dog potty accidents. It's an enzyme and it works fantastic for its original purpose, but I've used it in many other ways as well. In your situation with your storage chair (which I love by the way), you could just spray some on paper towels/newspaper and let it sit inside the chair - it may just do the trick!
Using a cork trivet between scratchy cookware is a tip that I will use right away! Thank you for all the good tips! Nice the way you tied in the opening and closing video shots with the vase of flowers!
Others have me believe I’m a little crazy but black cords on a white background. Thank goodness I’m not the only one. I burnt a large candle for hours and hours to get it out of a foot long holder. Most of its still stuck. It’s going in the freezer TONIGHT! Thank you. As a fellow minimalist - one shelf for one serving bowl. I’ll bet it’s not there in six months time. 😅
I really appreciate the tip about the flowers definitely will try that. We also use cloth napkins and long ago when our kids lived at home we had four different napkin rings. Everyone's napkin had their own ring so we knew who's was whose and we could reuse until they needed washing.
Your tips are so useful and clever. I've recently placed some small felted pads under all my kitchen counter big appliances, as you demonstrated in a previous trick video. This works so well and it made me feel super clever (thanks to you). I'll definitly try your rubber gloves trick and the overnight chilled flowers.
Don't put waxy candleholders in the dishwasher. The melted wax could clog up the little spray nozzles etc. Always clean them by hand with very hot water and dishsoap. Works just fine
Some great tips Benita! Particularly like the candles in the freezer, folding the cuffs on the gloves and the chilled flowers tricks! And loving the new hair that you’re not mentioning! 😊 Do hope it’s a style choice rather than a health issue this time! ❤

Some wonderful tips.. I have a little chest in my closet that moves back each time… I tried the toilet roll trick and voila! Problem solved! Thanks so much.. greet video. And love the simple yet very stylish cut!! It is so “you” and really fits your esthetic. Less really is more🩷 Thanks for the video💕

Removing mildewy odors had some great tips. The newspaper one was totally new to me. Also moving shelves around was helpful. Since I've decluttered so much now, moving shelves about is a good tip. Thank you for this upload. Cheers
Big smiles from this video, Benita! I love your fresh new hair style! And your ideas are useful and creative (som vanligt ☺). I take the same approach for my recyclables, and feel the same about the black cords. Yes, Apple definitely has this right...
So glad you enjoyed it and found a tip to use right away!
I will use the trivet as well, great idea
Others have me believe I’m a little crazy but black cords on a white background. Thank goodness I’m not the only one. I burnt a large candle for hours and hours to get it out of a foot long holder. Most of its still stuck. It’s going in the freezer TONIGHT! Thank you. As a fellow minimalist - one shelf for one serving bowl. I’ll bet it’s not there in six months time. 😅
Ráda sleduji Vaše videa,děkuji za užitečné tipy!Máte hezký nový účes,sluší Vám🩷Pozdrav z České republiky
Such smart ideas, thank you! And your haircut is lovely!
Thank you so much!
Love these hacks especially folding back the gloves - 🧤 should have thought of this myself! Thanks
Glad you like them!
Fabulous video as always. Everything flows so nicely. Thnx! ❤❤
I really appreciate the tip about the flowers definitely will try that. We also use cloth napkins and long ago when our kids lived at home we had four different napkin rings. Everyone's napkin had their own ring so we knew who's was whose and we could reuse until they needed washing.
I heard about removing flowers to a kitchen overnight and now outside makes complete sense. Thank you x
A fantastic video - thanks! Lovely and relaxing, as always.
Oh yes… I’ve shared this video with my daughter and two friends!
Thank you so much for sharing it!😊
I've definitely stuck flowers in the fridge before. Works like a charm!
Just a much needed chop!✂️
Some great tips 😊and love the new haircut 😊❤
Glad you enjoyed and thank you!💇🏼
Thank you for all the tips my loveliest Benita🤍🤍 with the amazing new look (this haircut suits you so much) Especially the tip with the flowers (truly loved it) or the other one with the newspapers taking away the smells 📰🗞️ Thank you for the inspiration 🙏 Always so simple and always to the point 🐈⬛🤍
So glad you enjoyed it!
Some wonderful tips.. I have a little chest in my closet that moves back each time… I tried the toilet roll trick and voila! Problem solved! Thanks so much.. greet video.
And love the simple yet very stylish cut!! It is so “you” and really fits your esthetic. Less really is more🩷
Thanks for the video💕
So great that you were able to use one of the ideas already! And thank you!
Thanks for the video - especially the basket & pet hair tips. Have three small baskets & now have a use for them! Love your cat too.
Great ideas! Your hair is looking great!
Thank you so much!
You look so beautiful. Your hair and colour is perfect for you as well.
Thank you so much!
Hip hip hourray, my kind of content ❤...love the new color Benita ♥️...always a thumbs 👍 from Canada 🇨🇦
So glad you enjoyed it!
Loving the hair !! More great tips ! Thanks Benita ! Might have a couple of videos to catch up on ? We’re back home from having 3 months away .From this ☀️to this 🥶looks like Stockholm is a little chilly too 💐
I really love your tip in a previous video. Vinegar and water in a spray bottle for cleaning the kitchen counter! Works well and so simple!
Stay tuned for more cleaning tips in the next video!😉
Removing mildewy odors had some great tips. The newspaper one was totally new to me.
Also moving shelves around was helpful. Since I've decluttered so much now, moving shelves about is a good tip.
Thank you for this upload.
Cheers
Thanks so much for watching!
Big smiles from this video, Benita! I love your fresh new hair style! And your ideas are useful and creative (som vanligt ☺). I take the same approach for my recyclables, and feel the same about the black cords. Yes, Apple definitely has this right... Bravo on the rubber glove cuffs, the kitchen shelf adjustment, power tool sharing, and your mom's chilled flowers idea. 💚
Glad you enjoyed it, Marsha!
I’m so glad you went back to your short haircut!! So cute and so you❣️❣️❣️
Thank you! Not sure if it will stay this short but the cut was very needed😅
Benita : tus propuestas , interesantes como siempre 👍🏼. Y tu nuevo look , te rejuvenece : me parece ideal !!
I agree about the unsightly cords and am a dedicated Apple person. I use little ponytail hair clips to hold the cords wound up. 😉
Hi Benita I would be really interested in you looking at repairs or improvements in your home. You made the shelf installation look so effortless I felt I could do this!! Thanks
Love these hacks 😂❤ definitely using the rubber clothes one and the candle in the freezer 👌 😊. I love a place for everthing too in my home xxx
