Two beautiful quilts! The download worked for me. Thank you for the video, figuring out the patterns & thinking of a new pre cut size. Quilts will sew up more quickly now😊
Sir, it's very simple way u explained . Easy to understand the way u thought. Very beautiful one. Thanks a lot. I hope pl continue the same teaching. I'm from India Thks.
Teancum, would you consider doing a few “basics” videos? I just started my quilting journey thanks to your channel and could use some extra guidance on cutting techniques, pressing, and sewing a good 1/4 seam. There are videos out there by others teaching these things, but honestly, I find them annoying compared to you guys! Y’all are the best! Thanks for the good work!
😍😍So sorry I am just catching this .I am trying to catch up on the comments. Hope to do better in the future. Thanks for watching our lives. We appreciate it !!!!!!
Worth noting that the edges of the HST are on the bias, so handle with care. I prefer the Magic 8 method which is just as productive and avoids the bias on the outside edges. (However, I note that any tube piecing many which produces great quilts as you demonstrate are enjoyed by many and made successfully)
Half square triangles are not my thing. My husband on the other hand loves to make them, and so he gets the job. I like fast and easy quilts, and he likes small and intricate quilts. What I like is that we make twice as many quilt tops. I like how easy your quilt came together, and now I think I will give this a try. Thanks for the great video, and explaining on how to do this.

Hello. Enjoyed the tutorial very much. Question please.. what is the length of the 6.5 inch strip? Your pattern doesn't have that info nor was it mentioned in the tutorial nor are the strip sets showing on your website. Thank you very much.
I don't see the purpose of cutting the strip in half to make 3" strips. Am I right that you don't use the littler HST in this quilt? It seems that you sew two pairs of strips together that are the same size. Did you do something in this particular quilt with the smaller HST?

Probably WOF or 42-44 inches
They are 6.5" x WOF. They are not currently available on our website. You can get ahold of one by watching our Live Fabric Sales here on RUclips!
oh yes another beauty
Thanks for watching!
Fun, need to be careful as you are sewing together in the bias…be careful not to stretch..
Great tip!
RED WHITE BLUE for quilt of valor
Yes!!
Hi, my math skills suck! What size would I cut my strips to make a 5 inch HST. Thanks for any help.
You can use any size strip for HST. Typically 4.25 for a finished 5" sq
I can't find the 6" precuts on the website
Me either
They are not currently available on our website as of yet. You can get ahold of one by watching our Live Fabric Sales here on RUclips!
what is the length of the 6.5 " vegas strips
It is 6.5" by the Width of Fabric, which is typically 42" off the bolt.
What size square do you get from 6 +1/2 inch strip is it 12 in finished 7:29
👍👍🤩
There is no link to get the free pattern
Whoops! Check again :)
There is no free pattern link in the description. The sentence is there, but no link.
Sorry! Check again :)

Actually when you divide your sewn strip, it creates two 6" strips. And you actually use both strips to create all of your blocks.

Bias edges???
Yes indeed. So I recommend starching before cutting, and handle the cut blocks gently to avoid stretching them.
🤔💕💕👍
I'm looking forward to download the pdf since.thiz was a.fast.demo! But so informative! Tha ks!

What name do you call the 'new pre-cut'? Yeah?
