God bless btw ilang taon na po kayo ?mukang bata pa..keep it up💗
Oo nman kaibigan, welcome to my channel, search mo yung fb page ko JSDesign Engineering Tv, kung may mga concern ka about engineering message mo ako tulungan kita. Thanks
Sir. Sana manotice mo ako. Sobrang informative ng mga video mo. Lalong lalo na ito. Ang smooth ng explanation. Madaling sundan at maintindihan. You deserve more views and subs. Sana sumikat kayo sa civil engineering community sir! Thank you very much for the new learnings!
Longitudinal rebars for bending, stirrups for shear and torsion. Are longitudinal bars also for torsion consideration? Is the beam size will be affected by considering torsion?
Ang laking tulong po nitong. Salamat po. Paaano po sir mag design for torsion and shear ?
Thanks!*
I never tried it yet, but in my quick analysis it should be the same approach like simply supported. I'll check then if I find something unusual I'll let you know. Thanks
Thank you for your comment. Yes tama ka I missed that part, but anyway I'm glad because it means that people clearly understand my presentation. God bless
Its not actually for torsion, requirement ng ACI yan on deep beams. Alam ko 500mm and above there should have web bar. About the size, next smaller than main bar, ex. kung 20mm yung main, web should be 16mm
God bless you po.

Thankyou for watching!
Batch'81 ako kaibigan
Thank you so much po sir for this video. Sana marami pang lecture videos ang inyong iupload.❤️
Great practical way of doing things. Great lecture.
Sir sana mapasin nyo ako ... I want to learn more from you in actual sana mapunta ako sa company mo in the future Im a 5th year Engineering Student
Oo nman kaibigan, welcome to my channel, search mo yung fb page ko JSDesign Engineering Tv, kung may mga concern ka about engineering message mo ako tulungan kita. Thanks
Sir JSDesign. Thank you very much. Yun lang po masasabi ko sa inyo
ganda ng pag explain mo sir...
Sir big help, pwede ka gawa ng vid manual structral analysis 1, 2 and 3 storwy with roof. Kahit by episode lang po. GOD Bless!..keep inspiring!.
Questions po Sir;

Paaano po sir mag design for torsion and shear ?

Try nyo yan, fastest way of calculating stirrup spacing when there is torsion on beams. Thanks
Thanks for the good information sir. Or pwede rin ordinary stirrups?
I suggest closed stirrups para totally secured yung continuous bars. Thanks
@@jsdesign_engineeringtv3633 thank you sir
Yes it is, as long as you keep the rebar volume of main reinf. equal with stirrups, youre beam are torsion resistant. Thanks

Check nyo lang spacing, make sure makakapasok yung bato. Thanks
Thank you, po. Btw, ask ko lang po paano po yung pag solve ng Tu if given po is torsional moment of *kN.m dead load and *kN.m live load?
Sige po gagawa ako ng video particular to torsional resistance of rc beams. Thanks
Thank you, po. ❤️
Sir pwe ho ba 4 na 50 mm 4 na 75 mm 3 na 400 mm ang spacing ng stirrups sa L/5? and still 10 no. of bars parin.
It looks ok, check nyo lang minimum spacing; d/2 or least dimension 400 is too far. Thanks
sir papano po approach para sa cantilever?
I never tried it yet, but in my quick analysis it should be the same approach like simply supported. I'll check then if I find something unusual I'll let you know. Thanks

Its not actually for torsion, requirement ng ACI yan on deep beams. Alam ko 500mm and above there should have web bar. About the size, next smaller than main bar, ex. kung 20mm yung main, web should be 16mm
@@jsdesign_engineeringtv3633 ah ok po sir eh pani po sir kung mga long beam, requirements pi ba sir na mag lagay ng middle bar both side face ng beam.
@@engryorme yes, as long as it consider as "deep beam", no matter whether short span or long span beam, we need to provide web bars.
Is this supposed to be English?
