We NEED an update on the gentleman that Dr. Freels helped a year ago. He had a fractured 2nd toe, and the videos' titles were "FUNGAL NAIL TRIM WITH SURPRISE INFECTION" We NEED an update! It is not fair to leave everyone on the edge of their seats 😁
I couldn't agree more. Not to mention with the none stop rapid talking and how quickly she was hacking at the nails it was hardly a relaxing peaceful environment for an elderly patient. It was clear his toes were very sore I would think moving slowly would cause less discomfort.
She doesn't work for you. She works for the patient. She is here to get what the patient needs. Not you. The music is to keep the video from being ripped. Use your d@mn head.

Also, most thorough podiatrists will thin the nails more than that. Not to where it’s pretty and manicured, but to where they’re more comfortable for the patient. It just requires spending a little more time.
@@patb.814I am a foot care professional, she could have done a lot more…podiatrist do a fast chop job, due to medical doesn’t reimburse them very well at all, so sad what has become of our health care and our elderly…
Those nail cutters need to be oiled or replaced ASAP the squeaky noises is horrible! This nail filing needs to be redone again!!! Why not have the water machine with the nail drill
I have a big toe with a thick nail that's been growing after getting treatment for an ingrown toenail. This video has me tempted to break out the Dremel but I have a feeling that I would regret it! :)
I think if there feet were soaked in warm water first the nails would come off without all the discomfort. . THANK YOU FOR LOOKING AFTER ALL YOUR PATIENTS THEY MUST FEEL THE RELIEF AFTER VISITING YOUR OFFICE 😊❤🎉

I'm really curious , as to why the side of his toes were so red, is it because of scoks rubbing on his feet, an infection or is it poor blood circulation ?🤔🤔🤔
All the feet should have taken an hour at least to cut down onychomycosis, then dremel any remaining unhealthy areas, then clean toes and apply medication like Jubila or cyclosporin laquer… these feet need ongoing care for the next year or two!
Good work but think a continuation of sanding down and getting rid of all the fungal tissue and making them flat & look like a proper manicured nails would be better. I’m sure you are professional and not disrespecting your work but a full complete job would be more satisfying.
As I watch I’m thinking this technician can use an apron. It would be easy to use and keep your clothes nice. They come in so many styles and designs these days. Express yourself and keep your clothes clean too.
A good honest video of an intimate health problem. Boron is supposed to stop fungi. I wonder why I wonder why people don’t wash their toes and 20 mil Team borax? Or put borax powder in their shoes?

Your technique is great. Wish you could have thinned them out a little more though.

Why did you leave so much fungal nail on? The big toes were left half done.
