This home checks off all of my wants and needs in a dream home. The only thing really missing would be at least an acre of land. This is beautiful. The rooms are uniquely appointed - with spare areas and dressing rooms. I could definitely have two grand pianos here - if not three!

Absolutely astonishing from the neighborhood, the landscaping, heated pool 🏊 & Jacuzzi! The main level is definitely unmatched! The architectural design of the main is just magnificent it’s open but not all the way open with a artist flair to being separated. I definitely enjoyed the main level thoroughly. I really absolutely appreciate finished basement. The floors on the main level are just beautiful 😁 great house here. The neighborhood is really nice as well. Absolutely fabulous Janice. I love the kitchen and the first floor master bedroom. That’s finished basement was nice. I would put my son there. The loft area for sitting and hanging out was great. The pool, I love it. Thank you so much for going out in the rain to show me this fabulous home. Your one in a million. 😀😀😀🙏

Loved this home! The first bedroom on the second floor that was like a flex room/office was amazing! Loved the bright rooms on the second floor, too. The tub in the owners suite was a major plus. Was there a shower in the bathroom? Loved the frosted glass and the backyard. 😍 Lots of space and the basement is like a personal suite/apartment for older children or whomever. Very, very nice, but I know it’s about $1 mil or more.
Amanda, good question. I generally will not go into the closet if the home is occupied and there are personal items in that space. However, if you are seriously looking to buy the home, we can schedule a private showing and you can view the closet then.
