Pray, this year God blesses me and my princess a beautiful house of our own. I've rented most my of life and deal with a lot of second-hand smoke smoking and nasty landlord. My biggest dream is to have a nice kitchen and laundry room like this one 😇
Honey, I'll be praying for u too. Work hard and save your money don't spend money on useless things like expensive cars, cable tv with all their streaming services. Keep credit clean and save save u need not try to keep up with friends and don't let them know why you're cutting back at everything. They may laugh at you. They laughed at me because I had an old car and no tv but I bought my first home in my 20s a starter home. Now I'm in my 40's and own a multi million dollar home here in California. Just buy the first thing you're able to buy after saving then you're gradually move up to your dream home it's not an overnight process but if u take my advice u will own a home. Keeping u in my prayers

Perfect home for someone who Isn’t a huge fan of the open floor plan layouts you see in newer construction. It’s a bit easier to decorate a floor plan like this one in my opinion . Lovely tour

I was sold on the main staircase (4 total with the unfinished one in the basement )I loved the kitchen (double sinks) and the master bathroom, I loved the lifted tub. I didn't like the master bedroom at all, too narrow and ordinary. The rec room was nice and spacious, loved the outside patio and yard. 3 car garage with the private entry was a win, win. I would definitely redo the basement with another master bedroom, dance hall, sauna, exercise room and kitchen (endless possibilities). What didn't flow was the permanent fixtures when you first enter, their brown from there to the master bedroom and living room area the fixtures are black (throws the whole color scheme off). I love houses that stand out and have a unique quality. THIS is that kind of house.

The kitchen was so massive, the whole house is never ending. My only concern is the unfinished basement depending on how much this home is. Thank you Janice for a great start to 2020. ❤️
You could legit turn the basement into a private rental space and still, have plenty of space to do what you want.

I am sadly surprised that the backyard do not have a decent pool and a more proper entertaining are., but other then that beautiful house
Yocasta, not all homeowners want a swimming pool on their property. Some see a swimming pool as a liability and this homeowner obviously did not have a need for one.
@@AtlantaHomesforSale absolutely true! I wouldn't care for a pool at all. I think a pool is just a conversation piece especially for those who more than likely will not even use it much. There is so much square footage and actual house to enjoy here. I believe that when people view a home with a million dollar plus price tag, they automatically think that a pool should be part of the deal. I personally don't care for one. Instead I prefer the 3 car garage basement and the many other amenities that this home offers. which would be much more useful to me without any kind of real maintenance involved. That's just my opinion! Yes there is liability and maintenance that comes with a pool that some people may not give much thought about.
I wonder if there was enough room in the back for a pool hot tub and to expand the patio a bit and if so Oh!!! That would be the cherry on top🍒 of this beautiful home.🏡

Hmm, well lets see, if you want to show how the market varies here, I think you should show properties in the $100,000 up to the highest prices i have seen here. Yes, im talking about the $10 Million plus properties. Yes the market here varies, especially for property taxes(maybe you can give an idea of that also), because the home prices can be similar, but the property tax will be very different.
Take Milton where this home is, South Fulton, North Fulton, especially the City of Atlanta, the City will have the higher property taxes, especially for prime locations. A $1 Million Dollar home in Milton, vs one in Gwinnett County, vs Dekalb County, vs Henry County, Cherokee County,etc. You get the idea, yes it also depends on the locations in those Counties, because the prices vary in each county themselves.
You have shown a lot of Sub Division Homes, what about homes not in them? What about home with at least a few acres, that would be a good way to show variation in homes. The quarter of an acre lots, to homes that have 20 or more. In some of the higher priced homes, what is making the home cost high besides location? Does the home have Solar, Home Automation, Safe Room, things like that for instance. Does the Community have a Country Club that is local only or Nation Wide-Multiple State where you could use your membership, where they serve Breakfast, Dinner, does it have a Tennis Coach, things like that for some of the higher priced Communities that i have seen online and surprised me.
How far will you travel to show a home? What about places just out of the metro like Walton, Newton, and Morgan Counties? They have some real nice properties also, with lower property taxes, just a good 40 minutes to an hour from Atlanta. Wow, let me stop here, you just got me excited!! I really enjoy your videos, even tho i have not commented until now, keep up the Great Work, and Wishing you a lot of Success in 2020!!! Take care!

As a FYI, the median home price in Metro Atlanta is in the mid 200, so finding a home in the $100,000 price point would more than likely be a home that needs major repairs.
Loved it! Wish they had lighter wood in the closets to make the closets appear larger. OMG! The bonus room!!!
Cathryn, the lighting was poor in both closets, so they could paint the wood shelving a lighter color and/or add brighter light fixtures and those are relatively easy to do.

Wow! This builder is amazing... perfect use of space. Private master bedroom on main floor. Very spacious rooms...excellent use of space. Would love to have this built in Toronto, Canada.
I don't really care for main floor master bedrooms, but apart from that, this mansion is lovely.

For some reason even though it was lit, the house still looks dark. They over do it with the wood floors. Ceramic white marble would have been better.
Cabello, a couple of the rooms did look dark because they had blown light bulbs and also because of the dark built-in wood shelves, especially in the owner's closet. I would repaint those a lighter color and that would make those spaces brighter and even seem larger. Fortunately, those are minor changes.

Finishing the basement would probably be about 60K extra to start - depending on what they want the final look to be. However, building a home with an unfinished basement allows you to close on the home at a lower cost and finish the basement in the future after a few years. It is a common practice.

Very nice! The contractors paid very close attention to detail. The only detail we probably would’ve recommended as a professional General Contractor company is to upgrade/update fireplace’s with light colored marble or quartz instead of the stone or black finish. Looks amazing!

I'd turn that basement into a beauty and the beast style library and have no rooms except a bathroom and then have huge "L" shaped sofas everywhere make it very cozy
The upstairs rec room is amazing---I was trying to figure out how many kids you could put in there or even convert it to an in-law suite or a truly amazing master suite. It would literally become the playroom of the gods if you outfitted it with video games, a pool table, card tables. The downstairs master suite I thought would make a grand home office. The upfront sitting room seemed out of place but I did like the living room---I know a curved sofa that would fit perfectly along the windows. I love the houses on your channel, it's just I don't know if Atlanta is where I want to be. lol
I have saved this to my phone.....i will soon be Getting a house built and do desire to have this plan of a build....this is more than enough home for me and my girls.....they are adults but desire to live in a home with mom of course.....on Christmas eve my 27yr old said mom it would be nice for us all to live in one big happy home again.....it touched my ❤.....she had no idea that i had been visualizing us living toghether in a very nice home.. I think about that conversation often in my mind and hear her voice.....immediately i began to say thank you father because when she made the statement about living together i knew then that. .. that was the divine letting me know to keep dreaming big......this too shall come to pass as it already has.....I'll soon be showing it also on my you tube page but without the address and area of the build for safety reasons.
