I am thinking Modern Age Contemporary. The sunken living room an the dining area gave me that glow of thought. It is on edge with these floor plans, those exceptionally large windows for gazing the outdoors is a wonder of how can get this to looking like a park like setting. That will be a great project with indigenous greenery to spread on the property.
I am living this house as much as I love porches.

This home is more of a vacation home then family home but very crisp and luxurious.
One of the homes where the down stairs was fully logically laid out correctly in my book. I really like this layout for the down stairs and the home overall I like it.

Beautiful home. Exterior is ✨✨✨✨✨. What a nice entrance into the home. It has a very clean feeling. Nice high ceilings, large windows and doors for natural light. I don’t even mind the dark framing. I wonder why they did not build the home a bit forward to leave some space for the yard. Unless I missed the yard space I only saw a pool. Lots of space…. This is Another great one Janice. This house was just on that reality show, Ladies who list, Atlanta. On that show, who knows when it was taped, the owner wanted 2.7million. The football player looking wanted to pay 1.9million and the owner refused. I guess no one else can afford that price

All of that natural light, I love it. The house is modern but not cold (modern homes tend to be, IMO). Open and spacious. I like that the guest bedroom was made into an office. The owner’s suite, where I want to end my day.

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you are no longer accumulating but withdrawing its hard to be anything but cautious.
