Both floor plans are nice, but I must say that I prefer the Juneau Elite floor plan and the Ivywood Elite Outdoor space.

Well, both homes area very appealing, however i prefer the first home.!!!. However the second home has the better backyard setup.
I'm really feeling the JUNEAU ELITE home the shiplack walls was a big hit for me. And the floor plan was just right. Backyard as well

Hoping you had a marvelous Sunday, Janice! I prefer the Juneau Elite's interior n' outdoor space : beautiful fire pit, outdoor kitchen, grass n' view. Even though the pavers look amazing checked throughout the Ivywood Elite outdoor space, I believe the maintenance of the grass would be challenging (mowing). They're both lovely looking dwellings!

Once again bravo Toll Brothers!!!.. And thank you sister Queen J. Carter for the well edited video tour of these new hms... Both models have Uber amounts of great features and a layouts are very feasible. Making it slightly difficult to choose however the first model I really liked the amount of space and the fact that there were more bedrooms. Overall I like the Ivy Elite's outdoor space. It was well balanced with both the fireplace and entertainment/Kitchen areas, so in that small space they did a lot of wonderment 💜💜.

I prefer Ivywood. It seems to more spacious than Jupiter and the outdoor space has more shade, it seems to be even more spacious than Jupiter and and isn’t too close to the house next door. I relish my privacy so that’s a game changer for me. Both are nice, but I prefer Ivywood. ❤ Thanks for the tour! Looking forward to the next one.😊

The way this is filmed confused me. The camera keeps popping into different rooms and it's hard to get your bearings. Both houses are beautiful but I like to know my way around.
