Toll Brothers forever is doing state-of-the-art infrastructure plans and construction along with great floor plans great finishing work and is always they staged well
I love to tour their model homes. The presentation is always pleasing to the eyes.

The serenity downstairs and basement with the Acworth upstairs. The Acworth utilizes the upstairs space better in my opinion. But the entry of the Serenity and openess of the first floor is breath taking. They would have to custom build my home. Thanks Janice. I love the walk through!

I love the serenity, it has a better floor plan. The acworth is ok, I don’t like the wood paneling in the bedroom or at least paint it white. One of the bedroom had a separate sink and toilet on one side and the shower and tub on the other side Weird. Now acworth fireplace outside amazing. Thanks Janice another beautiful and wonderful home to share and you shared two. Love it😊😊👍👋

Hi, Janice. The Toll Bros are my absolute fave developers (especially their townhomes; w/ elevators, as I need)! Serenity is my #1 floorplan. However, Acworth's backyard is #1. I hope they offer some properties available for rent-to-own. Have a great week!💖💖💖
Jerri, I love the Acworth's backyard too. It would be perfect for outdoor entertaining and I haven't heard of Toll Brothers offering rent to own. I don't think that is their market, as they are luxury builders.

Both are well thought out. The Serenity has a larger layout. The Acworth had the desirable backyard. Acworth for me. Would customize with features from both.
This was beautiful staged 🫶 the interior decorator did their thing! I really love the white oak wood finish the home. I also really loved the benches in living room, great idea

Rooms are more bigger and that kitchen was beautiful. The outdoor space. Even tho the basement was ready I still seen alot of room so yes this is my choice

Hi Miss Janice. Quanto e extraordinariamente bella questa casa' translates from Italian into 'how extraordinarily beautiful is this house' sorry for the confusion, sometimes in my excitement, i translate my rhoughts into either Italian or Spanish, and not back again. Anyways the Acworth model is more open, inviting, and has a flow into the other room. Only drawback is the unfinished basement (boo). Hope your weekend and weekday were blessed and expanded your business.

Good evening. Both have really nice floor plans but I like the Acworth plan better. Having a powder room is a must, IMO, plus it is a bit larger.
WenD, the Acworth floor plan is indeed larger and I also like having a powder room.
I think for me it's a toss-up between both because both floor plans had finishes and things that I liked about each other and probably with blend them together for instance even though in the Acworth layout I liked how large the entry 48 is however I don't like that the steps or right there in the serenity plan the steps were further back you couldn't enter into it from the entrance for ye and it was for me a safety thing that's always been I like the wood tones that are in the serenity property it's a little bit more natural and rustic. I like the fireplace in the Acworth property because it look like it might have been gas and not that cheap ethanol or whatever that thing is in the other serenity property I like of course the finished basement and the BBQ area in the serenity however it was oddly placed on the property but I did like how to Acworth property outdoor layout was I just didn't like that it didn't have a grilling and bar area. Now of course toll Brothers always does great with its finishes its wallcoverings or feature walls it's staging it sliding it's always top notch even if it's a show house so for me was a tad difficult oh yeah I forgot in the Acworth house I like that the cabinets in the kitchen were two-toned I just didn't like the choice of the tones that they use but I always like when a kitchen has two-toned cabinets and Island think that's a brings a little pizzazz to what could be a boring color palette so overall I could make a choice because they were features in both homes that I liked and I can say this for those primary bedrooms I love the huge walk-in showers
I understand why it was a toss up as there is indeed a lot to love about both floor plans. I love them both, so it was the same for me but if I had to choose, I would go with the Serenity with the Acworth's backyard. Thanks for your input.
I like the layout of the Serenity but I like the master closet of the other house better. Acworth's outdoor space is the bomb but I love Serenity's living/kitchen space better than Acworth. I guess both have their strong points. I'd go with Serenity.

The BP is nowhere near what you'd pay for the homes shown in the video. I'd say add at least $100K to $150K as the models are always upgraded to the highest possible extent.

Don't go through life complaining about what you don't like. Focus more on what you like. So you think the wood beams are ugly and you don't like them. What did you like?
