Hey all! Bit of an obscure one here for ya, 1989's Teas'n Pleas'n by Texan 80's hard rock / metal band Dangerous Toys. Song popped into my head out of nowhere earlier this week, and I couldn't shake it. Finally had to sit down and figure out how to play it. Figured that maybe a few of you would like to learn it as well (if you remember it, haha).
    Hope you enjoy the tutorial.
    Cheers KDA

I was living in southern California when this came out and remember they played this and scared in heavy rotation. I thought they were going to be the next big thing but they fizzled out fast. That riff is rockin though

Really enjoy your tutorials. I appreciate the older stuff that rarely gets covered. Do you have anything from the band Riot?

Dangerous Toys is/was a ripping band. Saw them open up on the Operation Rock N Roll Tour with Alice Cooper, Judas Priest, Dangerous Toys, Metal Church and Motor Head. Although Lemmy fell off the stage and broke his arm and and they were a no show. ♪♫♪♫♪♫

Despite being a product of the 80s I wasn't one of the 6 or 7 that wanted to learn this lesson. But I'm thankful for your tutorial, very cool opening riff. Thx for the lesson

Sometimes these 80s hard rock / metal tracks that are pretty much forgotten these days (in general), come flooding back into my head on occasion. I just wanted to do this one, without caring much if anyone actually watches it or not, haha.

Great Lesson as always Kelly , i was wondering what you think about Bad Company still not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame...??
noone talks about them anymore when i was in high school in the 80"s i heard Bad Company on the stereo and they blew my mind and noone really does tutorials of them ...i mean Mick Ralphs classic Intros , chorus AND SOLOS ...my god he was a complete GENIOUS ON THE FRETBOARD .
Paul Rodgers vocals is still amazing to this day ...Simon Kirke on drums was a master...and on Bass Boz Burrell amazing as well.
i just still to this day don't understand why they ain't in the Hall where they should be ...maybe when you get time do a full week of
Bad Co ...Brother only you would make BAD COMPANY TURORIALS EPIC...have a great day Mate.

The three that really bother me are The Guess Who from Canada, Iron Maiden and Jethro Tull. Boston and Blue Oyster Cult as well. But, yeah, Bad Company are pretty damned important in the history of rock and roll and should be there.

WOW this was a home run lesson and well taught. A great 80's song that gets missed a lot but deserves the spot light. Tora Tora, Walkin Shoes or Dirty Secrets. Perhaps. Badlands, Whiskey Dust. would make awesome lessons. Hint, hint 😁 I enjoy your videos very informative thank you for taking the time to learn and share.
