It is so interesting that many ppl felt abandoned in childhood but not all develop limerence. In my case I crave for connection with ppl romantic or platonic. This makes me overexcited about communication in general and I get this "high" quite often. Not healthy( Also noticed that many of my friends are detached and I am not really "satiated" after spending time with them. I can see ppl are in their own shell and I don't feel seen...
I’m 16 and in the early stages. I’m dating a guy I really like and he’s super sweet, but he’s super introverted and he has issues where he’s not good reaching out and stuff. My whole life feels so rollercoasty and I’m wailing one second and beaming the next, I dont really know what to do.
