Scan Import terrains from the web in Lands Design for Rhino

  • Working on the topography for civil engineering, landscape or other fields, requires elevation data. This video tutorial explains how to scan and import terrains from the web, using Lands Design in Rhino. If you need the topography of an area, you can import it in this method.
    This command is also available in the AutoCAD version of Lands Design.
    Lands Design is a software product for designing gardens and green spaces in Rhino and AutoCAD.

    Could I set them to import real coordinate when import terrain and mesh ? That will be big help

      Hi, yes, there is a geolocate option, in import terrain dialogue box. Enable that.

    couldn't see option dialog after I open this import Earth's elevation data window

      Please check the Rhino units to be meter or Foot, not milimeter. If the error persists, please send us your file to landsdesign@asuni.com
