  • This meditation, for when you feel alone or lonely, is a gentle guided meditation to help support you as you work through these feelings. We're human, so these feelings are going to pop up, and rather than running away from loneliness, we can sit with it together. It's ok and natural to feel alone or lonely.
    This meditation is beginner-friendly, comfortable for those new to meditation or deepening their practice. It's important that if you're feeling like you're really struggling with anxiety, depression or loneliness is getting to be overwhelming that you reach out and get help.
