Quite a number of times when clients squat, they'll feel a pinch in the front of their hip (even after they have warmed up). One of the approaches we have that tends to help many of those clients is going through the 3-steps:
    1. Band distracted hip flexion with activation
    2. Banded dead bugs
    3. End range ISO holds
After doing that, re-test to see how it feels. Many times its gets cleared up and now you have an opportunity to train the squat in a better position.
Try this out and see how it feels (even if you don't have a hip pinch, this will make your squat feel better).
