    We love combo's and complexes especially when it comes to getting bang for the buck exercises with full body movements.
    While some of these can be used in strength training, others are better suited for metabolic training, either way you can adjust them to your goal and fit them into your training programs.
    Some of these exercises are more advanced and you have to make sure you are using appropriate form or regressing the exercise.
    Add this to your arsenal and make you workouts more fun and challenging.

    Tried the single arm burpee to dumbbell snatch , never seen that before worked well, I incorporated it into a ladder sequence with barbell 1/2 snatches and bench press
