*Herman Edwards is & always will be, an outstanding role model... both on & off the field.* It's a shame many of the young NFL players of today's 'modern NFL age', are often looking in the wrong places for role models of the caliber of Herman Edwards. Herm, IMHO, had ample confidence as a player... but always avoided crossing the line of being seen as a 'showboat'. And as a coach, he has been (& continues to be) quite an awesome inspiration to those us folks lucky enough to know him. *Thanks for all you've done & continue to do, Coach Edwards!*
Herm Edwards is one of my favorite personalities ever he cracks me up every time... I love his passion and when he is super pissed off he's funnier than ever
But maybe Edwards wouldn’t want to come to Dallas. Jerry jones really a negative when it comes to trying to hire already established coaches. They rather coach without having an owner/gm questioning every decision you make.

As a dolphins fan, i have the upmost respect for coach Edwards.
Edward's was the chiefs coach. He motto was "try and keep up with the other team, maybe we can steal a victory at the end."
