What makes the line “I’d rather” in this title? I know Shinu = to die いい(ii) = good のが = is this just converting Shinu to a noun and just basically saying dying is good? Or in other translation “better to die”?
It is hard to explain because in the Japanese line, there is not really a direct meaning to “I’d rather” but I would say before he says “shinunoga e-wa” there is a word, and that is “yori”. This word can be the English version for “I’d rather”. I’m sorry that my explaining skills are not the best🙇♀️

Fujii Kaze said that "Shinunoga E-Wa" was inspired by BIGBANG song "BAD BOY". Was very surprised cuz I am BIGBANG fan and love Fujii Kaze songs a lot.
