There is another side about him that you didn't talk about and that is as essential as his music, it's his spiritual faith. Each of his songs has a spiritual meaning...He explains it in several Vlogs. For example, Shinunoga-Eh-Wa isn't about a person and isn't a love song. He said it's about his higher-self....but if someone wants to see it as a love song...he and it doesn't mind ‼️This guy is simply great. For me, he has a spiritual mission on Earth... (but perhaps am i mistaken ?). I really feel him that way. 🙋♀️🇨🇵

He only made it sound all dramatic and stuff for effect by taking a page off of old Japanese romantic ballads and the melodramatic terminology that they often use. So people can interpret it as an obsessive type romance tune if they want. 😉

He mentioned fashioning the lyrics after old Japanese balladry melodrama in a couple of radio shows, none of which I can pinpoint you to because 1) they aren't on RUclips and 2) there are numerous shows and I can't rmbr which ones exactly and at which mark. He just sorta lets it slip alongside the fact that the "I'd rather die than say goodbye to you" bit just dawned on him both line and melody when he was returning home from buying yakisoba ingredients. He even specified the store. Lol.
