The first clip of Jungkook is in a hotel room. He was travelling and had an idea for more adlibs on a recent studionsession. So the producer set up the equipment he had in the hotel room and they did it!
Thanks for reacting, great video 💜 i would like you to see how they produced and created the main theme for their series "In the soop" it's very funny how they improvised to create the song between the 7 of them together
I'm glad you picked up on PDogg. A little bit of history... when Bang Si Hyuk (Hitman Bang) recruited RM (he was only 15) he recruited PDogg as an artist at about the same time and they worked as trainees together writing and rapping together. At the time Big Hit Entertainment had worked with groups from other labels but didn't even have a trainee program. BSH literally built it around RM who was the first to move into the dorm. Then Suga came who also had writing and producing experience.... and then JHope who originally didn't rap or sing and all but was recruited as a dance. He learned to rap from RM and Suga. PDogg eventually transferred over to just writing and producing and so has been with the members the longest and knows them the best so it's easier for him to write with them and each members abilities, quirks, etc. in mind. Especially for Jimin who is so new to writing and solo work it made him much more comfortable as it takes him a while to warm up to people and he can get very nervous around new people.
love hearing about the nuances that go into producing. you explain/describe everything in a very understandable way, makes watching your reactions even better
Yep, PDogg is their main producer and songwriter as far as music. There was a whole TV program in Korea dedicated to his songs for BTS. Yes, they produce a lot of their music also but think about the volume they put it out in such a short time span and at such a young age. While RM does the majority of the lyric writing, their music is like a song camp at BTS. Besides RM, Suga and J-Hope, their main songwriters are PDogg, Bang PD himself, Supreme Boi, Slow Rabbit.
I really enjoyed your explanations as to what was going on in the interactions between artist and producer. And even as a layperson, your brief insights on the equipment were interesting. I'd love to see more of this kind of video!
True--PDFogg is their main in-house producer, responsible for Blood, Sweat and Tears, Fake Love, DNA, Spring Day, I Need You, Fire.....Jimin practically lived at his house while working on Face and Muse. RM said that PDogg earns the most from royalties in Korea, reportedly over $30 million in US dollars in 2022. JHope is famous for asking for one more take, one more run-through, one more try--very much a perfectionist. Has a quote about never regretting making an effort to secure a better outcome.
There's a video of them writing and recording the theme song for In the Soop all by themselves in one day while on vacation. It's the finest video every and very educational
When BTS began Big Hit was a TINY company...maybe a handful of employees including the CEO Bang Shi Hyuk who is a musican himself. He still writes and produces with BTS. Pdogg has been with the boys since day 1. Most of their team is still the same small crew. They have kept it tight and small to this day. The boys actually do much more now themselves.
I really like watching your reaction videos! They provide a bit more insight into the technical stuff going on with the songs Thank you and looking forward to more of them!!
One of my favs! Thank you and loving your reactions and insight! It’s interesting to see your work area. Everyone has a different kind of area for each budget as you grow. 😊💜💜💜🇨🇦
Love the video. I didn't want it to be over. Your analysis was so fun to watch and i learned alot of things. Hope you do more studio behind the scenes stuff. Much love.
Jin , another member of BTS has pre release single called "l'll be there" is a song from his upcoming album HAPPY which will be out on nov 15. I really really hope you check out Jin. his live performances are chief kiss, so as the behind the scenes recordings as well. He recorded a different song with Coldplay who are co writers for the song called astronaut , he performed the song in one of the coldplay concert as well which is highly recommended
The final episode of season 1of their show In The SOOP is just one long studio session of the seven of them creating the OST for the show. And it's just the seven of them, no other staff, having a marvelous time in a small studio together. Suga does the honours as the producer and they're basically messing around, but in a way that shows not only their talent but their technical skills for music. The show originally aired as paid content so you might have to dig around a bit to find it on YT
I find it interesting you felt JK was singing lazily or under par. My take is that as they began, he sang quite straightforward and allowed J-Hope to gave him direction. J-Hope provided the flavor and vibe he wanted for his song.
What you're calling straightforward is what he called lazy. He wasn't saying jk was being lazy, just that the vocal style needed more pop, which hobi obviously felt too.
They have really nice in house studios now, but they also produce a ton on the road and in hotel rooms. Especially when they would just go on world tour and basically just keep going and adding dates. For the first 6 years they basically put out 2 or 3 albums every year as well as members doing solo side projects (released for free on sound cloud)
you have to watch the video where they produced a song for the "In the Soop" program. They improvised a song an they recorded suddenly (ok, i dont know if they go together for it or just think about it when they were in the studio). Suga was the producer in that song ruclips.net/video/cxRkEWPi9Ok/видео.htmlsi=MoTCZ_kUhk4JrsJS
love how you started to feel cool with them and already know their names and personalities. they are likeable and funny guys, it just happens i guess hshdhd
72 year old BTS Army here. John Bellion also co-wrote some of Jungkook's solo work such as the mega hit "Seven Feat Latto". I think there is a 'short' somewhere of John talking about it. He is so good!!! 💜
To know them better pls check BTS INTRO.,BTS HARDHIPS,BTS DOCUMENTARY,THR JOURNEY/netflix,and the most important RHE RISE OF BANGTAN,CHAPTERS 1-22) FOR YOU TO HAVE MUCH KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR JOURNEY.
The part with JK doing the New Jeans dance has since been cut out from that particular episode. I wonder why??? This is better than other reactions. Much more informative and not over blown.
@@becauseisaacHey, I have this crazy idea. Why don't you react to your first reaction of BTS? 😂 A lot of old BTS reactors had done that, it's a crazy journey
J-Hope’s voice adds a different dimension to BTS when he’s singing. He treated JK in the recording studio the same way he does all the members when he’s in dance captain mode. He’s never judgemental but he gets the best out of them. That was very interesting. I like to learn from professionals like yourself.

yea it also wasn't for the official track but for a remix for soundcloud

Seconding this 💜 I always loved that part of ITS and I'd love to see Isaac's take on it 😃

Great video, I also like the fact that you are so professional that you know who everyone is and know all the equipment they are using.
Jin’s behind the scenes recording is also amazing 💜
Did you see jin in the video that he reacted to

please react to bts jin and his behind the scenes composing and recording of his song 'Tonight', he is such an angel
Bangtan Sonyeondan stands for Bulletproof Boyscouts. The took some heat for that name. Teased mercilessly by other idols.

The making of music feels so foreign to me so learning all the technical aspects of what goes into it is super fascinating!
Thanks so much for this. I have seen the pieces you covered but your explanations were great, especially regarding the equipment💜
Loved watching this reaction video. Reaction+knowledge+enjoy
It had all.
Loved it❤
Really interesting!!! Loved learning things I didnt know that I didn't know-if that makes sense. Thanks💜
React to Jungkook "Seven recording film" also "I'm still "film has all Golden album recorded in studio❤❤
He don't like Golden, especially "Seven" so I don't think it's a good idea lol.
@Yoonji9212 Really I tought he will be interested how it was made as a producer Seven is a global song same with golden
Jungkook studio vocals are no joke.
He always sounds good
Thank you! Enjoyed listening to your ‘in-the-studio’ knowledge. 💜

Love your all reactions ❤❤
Bts paved the way💜
I loved!!
Bring more behind the scenes
6:13 same I love his voice the most because it’s so full of emotion and it’s not high even tho he can his vocal range is wide
I find it interesting you felt JK was singing lazily or under par. My take is that as they began, he sang quite straightforward and allowed J-Hope to gave him direction. J-Hope provided the flavor and vibe he wanted for his song.
I actually agree with him, jk looked tired and sleepy, he was probably too exhausted
True. You right. Jk just sang more gently
What you're calling straightforward is what he called lazy. He wasn't saying jk was being lazy, just that the vocal style needed more pop, which hobi obviously felt too.
Nice love watching your reaction💜💜
I love the content of your videos. And I want to see more videos with BTS content. It's fun to watch the video reactions of a good music producer

my healing video siempre será el de los chicos en el estudio grabando la canción para In The Soop 💜

BTS in English means Bulletproof Boy Scouts… sounds tacky and was even tacky back then by Kpop standards, but the meaning behind it makes sense.
