Catalyst Equipment Label Printer:
The Catalyst V8 is a unique 'label plate' printer that makes extremely durable self-adehsive labels by etching out a middle layer of a layered laminated label media.
Catalyst replaced the high cost methods of making and riviting on metal 'rating plates' onto all manor of equipment, shelving and vehicle parts. It eliminates the high cost of a large scale laser etching machine, replacing that need with a convinient and compact desktop size label maker that connects to your Windows PC computer. Whats more there is no smoke or fumes making it safe to use by anyone.
The finished printed details can be designed with Bartender to get the exact part numbers, barcode(s), batch numbers, serial numbers, etc. for marking and traceability.
Labels are suitable for equipment, racking, aerospace, automotive and other goods that are exposed to weather, acid, oils, chemicals and sunlight, or those that need a high scuff resistance, then having a long working life.
