I love pineapple sage!! Fruity sage is another favourite of mine!! 🥰 they both smell soooo good in the garden 😄
We keep our mini with our goats and she does well with them. She’s bonded strongly to a few of them. I’ve also been looking for a friend for her but in the mean time she’s happy with her little herd :)

Oh I know!! It’s gonna be toasty today and this week. I will be planting a lot come fall and spring when our back yard construction is complete. It’s been so hard for me just “window shopping” for trees, shrubs, and perennials! I’ll just live vicariously through you for now!

I have ground squirrels on my acre lot and they like to eat my sunflower seedlings, lettuce and kale. So I live trapped them last year and I caught 13 of them and relocated them.
This season all I have is one and so far the little guy is leaving my stuff alone so I have left him for now.
But wow what a different when you live trap them and relocate them.
We haven’t caught a single one in a live trap. 😂 They seem to come all around it, but are too smart to get inside

What do you think about growing baby’s breath?

No. But I bought some plants before researching it. It’s perennial. But it some states invasive. With a very very deep taproot. You have to cut it below the crown and burn that wound to kill it. Makes me hesitate. Hardy to zone 3. Tolerates drought. But the flowers are toxic to cats and dogs and irritants to humans. Who knew⁉️
