MSG is bad for you , like most food if consumed in moderation. MSG got a bad rap from the media back in the day. If you RUclips MSG history you’ll see it was partly racism to Chinese community in USA that gave it the negative press.
@@billc6762 right just like anything else , nuts, shell fish , salt sugar,etc. Everyone is different and case. All I’m saying is with regards to MSG it was a lot of misinformation at the time and got bad rap to this day.
