I love how relaxed he was in this one. the kind of thinking that makes you the best is being humble, never being certain of yourself, because it will make you work harder, and you can't prove you're telling truth always. so magnus usually speaks in "probably" the best. but in this interview, he just speaks how he really feels. and sounds slightly arrogant. But I personally love it. it's good to just let it out. he's the goat, and goats know why they are the goat. otherwise he would less likely be the goat because having the certainty in method which boosts competence in high pressure situations. Which is a huge part of being the goat, stops high difficulty situations from causing pressure that effects confidence and promotes spirals of negative mistakes in key moments ontop of the difficulty itself. so avoiding these constructing problems. gives player huge advantage over players who don't have that level of confidence due to competence.

Brave is a very big term. It depends if magnus has enough motivation for any of that. And it is not set in throne that oro will sit on the throne eventually. Idk much about him ( just googled him up honestly ) and he is just another prodigy. Many have come before and very few retained their pace. Remember alireza?

@@Random_-th5vr I remember Alireza being pointed out by magnus as the only one he would defend the title before giving it up, mostly because of his age...Faustino is not "just another prodigy"... Hikaru posted a video a couple of days ago showing a couple of games he played against him and saying that the last time they had a match he adopted the kid 10-0 without even concentrating, and now six months later he is getting crushed by the youngster!! He played the american continental last month and tied for second place half a point below first place, resulting undefeated and having won against a 2630 elo GM....he didn't qualify for the world cup only because of tiebreaks.... HE IS 10, dude!!! ... I don't remember Mishra achieving any of that!! .... and by the way, if you look at the 3 youngest GMs ever, Mishra, Karjakin and Gukesh, 2 of them already became world championship contenders (Gukesh will most probably win), and Mishra is to young, who knows? What he do know is that he got is GM title at 12 years 5 months.... Faustino hasn't turned 11 and he is alredy a 2470 IM, also the youngest ever...... He is the greatest prodigy since Capablanca!!
