If there was anyone who has the voice and talent of his parents it's Ben Taylor. He is true to his style and writing and that is great. I was hoping that Ben would eventually evolve into his Dad's writing of melodic story songs with earworms that made you want to buy the album. If you look at Livingston Taylor you can see the same contrast. He can play, has a similar voice to James but the songs are more like Ben Taylor's. I can't make Ben write in his Dad's style, but if he did it would sell and I would buy it. So it is written so it shall be done.
