My mate bought a rs200 replica and put a 205 block cossie in it In Essex years ago a tuner called Amed bayjo tuned cossies It was putting out 470 at the wheels and weighs the same as a fiesta Used to scare the shit out of me
4.3 for an old car is very fast. Modern cars have launch control and flappy paddle gearboxes. This car with launch control and flappy paddle gearbox, would be hmmm 3.7 to 60mph.

I don't think the police are going to care about a little acceleration run in a quiet industrial area. Compare with some of the absolute crappy driving on instagram/tiktok by a user called Brum Rockets. Sure they don't show their face, but still.
