    詳細食譜 (6 個份量):
    內餡 (麻糬):
    1. 糯米粉 65g
    2. 粟粉 10g
    3. 糖 20g
    4. 牛奶 140g
    5. 菜油少量
    內餡 (紅豆蓉): ~80g
    抹茶貝果:
    1. 高筋麵粉 300g
    2. 抹茶粉 2 tsp +1 tsp水
    3. 砂糖 10g
    4. 乾酵母 ½ tsp
    5. 蜜糖 10g
    6. 水 170g
    7. 鹽 5g
    Recipe (6 pcs):
    Filling (Mochi):
    1. Glutinous rice flour 65g
    2. Corn starch 10g
    3. Sugar 20g
    4. Milk 140g
    5. Vegetable oil little
    Filling (red bean paste) ~80g
    Matcha bagel:
    1. Bread flour 300g
    2. Matcha 2 tsp + 1tsp of water
    3. Sugar 10g
    4. Dry yeast ½ tsp
    5. Honey 10g
    6. Water 170g
    7. Salt 5g

    我的小麵糰每個是72克,麻薯是30克,紅豆是15克,請問您分割後小麵糰,麻糬,紅豆約幾克呢?

      我都係平均分6份。你應該係收口位置做得唔係太好,所以爆餡🙊。練習幾次會好更好喔~

    想問問點樣令bagel無咁易爆晒啲餡出嚟🙈

      只要包得實d就唔會爆。。一開頭可以減少餡份量,到自己有把握嘅時候,再慢慢增加💪🏻
