YOU GUYS WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME A FEW DAYS FOR THE LIKE GOAL
my PC is still in shambles so I might have to record it on my laptop lol
edit: PART 2 ruclips.net/video/NelqsSRRWhY/видео.html
no rush mate. You don't have to release the video like right now;)
get rekt
The pc was out of gov capacity
There is.... no mercy
Maybe 5000 and WC?
I have not understood a single mechanic that was used in this video. Something happened and it was cool
Quarbit quarbed all over the tribes
quarbin time
@@Quarbityou quarbed all over them
Yeah same. I was sitting here like that dim kid in school that drank paint staring as if someone was trying to show me how quantum mechanics works.
getting non perm buffs with native nations is such a terrible fate when 70% is AFKing
>conquer england
>make client state
>name it united states
>feed the isle to them
*name it united islands
14:30 - The real reason you want to play in the Americas: so you can see the kinds of wacky things the AI gets up to in Europe/Asia without a player to reign it in properly.
And then you can watch a movie while speed 5
Yeah..like in my latest campaign..played inca. Finally got a look at europe around 1600. France had given up on the new world and ate all of Italy. By 1700, they were in Constantinople.
As a Iroquois (Pronounced Iro-kwa)/ Haudenosaunee this video is making me feel feelings that I cannot explain
Damn it's so interresting tell me do you have a traditonnal lifestyle or something more mainstream, I don't know a lot of things about native americans today but it really interrest me
plebis meets not plebis. my long lost brother, at last.
@@plebisMaximus BROTHER
@@dorianka60 the vast majority of native americans/american indians (same meaning) live in urban areas off reservations. i'm assuming he does as well
You were on the verge of greatness. You were this close
I desperately want to see what Europe looks like.
Scotland having a Valois king is already kinda cursed.
Hey, I had Valois in charge as my Brandenburg/Prussia (and later on ended up with France as a lesser partner in PU)
You just united almost all native tribes in North America
I find it strange that the "First Nations" start date has Mohawk highlighted as an interesting nation even though Onondaga is the leader of the tribe within the game and in real life they were the ones who mediated the discussions at the fireplace or something like that (I apologize if that is great oversimplified or wrong)
Leviathan was a very good expansion and update that all around improved the game (it didn’t)
@@ffreeze9924i loved the 2k dev Ulm opm idk what you are on about
Its probably because they're notable for being one of the most effective and violent of the widely known native tribes.
The Mohawk are famous for providing the best warriors for the Confederacy, but Onondaga controlled the whole thing through politics and diplomacy.
Jesus Christ I didn't realise you could just, make THE Native Nation. Leviathan is so incredibly broken holy hell.
Pronouncing it as "Ira-kwah" is correct as the word is a french transliteration of a native american word which we assume, sounded just like how the french wrote it. If it was "Ira-coy" then the french would probably write it as "Iraquoïe" or something like that
This was great. I want to see that continue. Almost as much as I *NEED* the *aztec stream.*
On that note, how will things go with that one? New video suggests to me that the pc is breathing again so will there be a stream according to the so far established schedule?
I might have to do that stream on a laptop 💀
@@Quarbit so the pc is still in the operating room...? But I am glad to hear that it will likely continue either way if I understood that correctly :)
@@sizanogreen9900 its functionality is quite spotty. like right now it's fine but then sometimes it's not so I'll bring it in to a shop soon. but yeah I'll set everything up on my laptop as well just in case
@@Quarbit the stream with Saff will also likely be a laptop stream I presume then? xD
@@sizanogreen9900 most likely. I wouldn't want to cause stability issues
Native americans have one good mission and it's sunset invasion cause high american tech, and if someone play for fun with this tech group, know how powerfull it is.
"This time we can actually get religious sacrifices!" - Quarbit Gaming, 2023
Based Haudenosaunee recognition
At this point I think it s almost easier to do the first come first serve with natives ....
I just checked the custom nation builder.......it does let you be a native tribe with Western tech.
Just goes to show how much attention Paradox have paid to that part of the game.
So yeah, you could totally speedrun FCFS.
@@MrSaywutnow I checked too but it doesn't seem to work. You can select it but when you click. Okay it needs you to be south or north American tech group
@@bronzedisease I didn't actually try to start a campaign, so I clearly didn't check closely enough.
It makes sense, because horde governments are locked to Nomad tech.
Y'know, this is really cool to see. I almost always play in North America, because when I play EU4, I like playing as a tag from where I'm from. This is exactly the sorts of shenanigans I usually like to get up too and *then* some. I actually usually play pretty far away from the Great Lakes region, so this was really fun to watch.
Please teach us your ways. I wanted to play in NA but I tried once and could barely understand what was going on.
this was interesting, need part 2 and 3
Whelp. Sounds like you gotta invade the old world like. Tomorrow. :D
You get high american tech from the sunset invasion mission.
I played Iroquois and it’s so much fun, North America is underrated. I flipped Sunni and became defender of the faith for the first time
Already done a US geology thing. Currently too lazy to do a Canada geology thing. Will probably do a Canada geology thing if Q plays a nation that begins entirely within Canada (please do that because Canada has some cool geology and some interesting place names).
*Canadian shield moment*
Oooo Roll them all! Thanks man! really fun video!
If natives were super extra prepared:
I had a similar Iroquois game, except instead of a continent spanning confederation, I force spawned institutions and out teched most of Europe when they arrived. When I decided to end that game it was 1630 and I owned half of the US and Canada as the Iroquois Republic with highest Dev, second largest and highest quality Army, and highest Income in the world, slowly grinding through the continent towards the west coast and stack wiping Spanish invasions every decade or so.
The Federation will be reorganized into the first Iroquois Empire!
I have no idea what happened but that was hilarious. And you're a lovely mint green, too!
Just need to deal with all those other people inside...
THANK YOU FOR THE NAME DISCLAIMER
Super annexable and low ae is the eu4 version of submissive and breedable
yeah, crazy snowball, thx for showing that.
Honestly I feel like absorbing the federation members is actually far less effective since you lose the massive army size and have to then micro everything.
I love seeing new world games. I’ve been playing strategy games since I was 5 and always thought that it was boring for Europe to be over represented when so many cool cultures outside of Europe are ignored
the reason you thought reforming off of the europeans would give you tech is because it does for the aztecs mayans and inca
really weird that totemist countries don't, since I think they used to
Blessed timeline
Fun fact! The Miami tribe is more properly pronounced "mai-yam-uh" in english
I like watching North America gaming
the best part of every tribal game is finally getting to see what kind of cluster fuck europe got itself into
This was possible the single best EU4 video I've ever seen
Oh DAMN that snowball was insane, well done :o
I live right by the old capitol of the haudenosaunee, it's absolutely beautiful, they also uncovered artifacts from the other indigenous groups as far south as mexico who came as dipomatic delegations
My next play through needs to be this hahahaha amazing!
Have no idea what's going on but looks cool
I’ve been waiting for a long time for this, keep it up
Bro enabled the 'Fantasy New World' for AI 💀💀💀
i went for a full conquest of north america as Cherokee about a year ago. Managed to get tech 7, 4, 6 respectively and fill out 2 idea groups (indigenous before many of the ideas stacked with cherokee, and admin because i could stack the core creation cost) before 1480 as well as have a full totem tree with all the buffs i wanted for my religion in that campaign all by staying in constant humiliation wars, showing strength and taking reps. Then from 1480-1499 (roughly) i went on a tribal land conquest spree that saw we conquer all the tribal land up to newfoundland before finishing up with with reforms and converting to a horde. I deved feudalism and colonialism in two grassland provinces, my capital was in washingtondc because grasslands. But at the time i didnt count for the way the AI would react to me gaining institutions and reforming and them reforming off me, so in the end they caught most of the way up to me and my aggressive push west as a horde was cut short by huge coalitions of these reformed nations and my campaign ended there in annoyance. I tried to give it another go recently and got so mad because after reforming, i found i could no longer conquer tribal land for some reason... so broken.
The europeans landing on the coast seeing a fully modernized tribe the second they set up shop.
All them to introduce themselves.
Great idea for all 11 of us. :P Can't wait to see what's happening in Europe of this timeline.
Fantastic!
I truly love North American games.
I united Hurons and did like you. Two times. I hated it.
But thanks, you gave me the will to try it once more.
Please continue this campaign!
Gosh, this was amazing. I need more.
I for one am excited to see such a beast devastate Europe.
This is absolutely wild, I love it
obligatory engagement comment
Mom can we get HRE?
Mom: We have HRE at home
Mohawk to Iroquois was my first camping ever.
irrigation is the future
Does anyone remember the good old days where there were only 5 nations in North America and Iroquois was one of them. I think Central America had 3 and South America had 2 (IIRC they were Huron, Iroquois, Shawnee, Creek, ???, Aztecs, Maya, Zapotec, Inca and that one OPM next to Inca)
the sunset invasion is coming
Great Law of Peace? Never heard of it.

Haudenosaunee supremacy, my friend
Absolutely beautiful
I can't wait for the Europeans to arive boy didn't know what would happend with Aztecs
Part 2!
You also get a missionary from religious/infrastructure
I would love a little guide for native nations. As a treat.
bro I don't know what I'm doing 💀
i need a Iroquois sunset invasion ahahahah
i cant figure out how to get so many to join my fed. its happened before but idk what did it. ive rewatched this vid like 5 times LOL
Hell yeah it's pronounced Haudenosaunee!
leviathan is a stable and balanced DLC
oh man.
i remember i could not get through 1500's without constant crashes.
Wow...that's big.
every fiber of my whole being is straining under the immense pressure it takes to not either make a "yo mama" or "that's what she said" joke in response
do a game as chinook and control every province that touches the pacific ocean. call it, the salmon run
I can only withstand so much NA tribe gameplay
Huh I thought the Iroquois should have clan mothers as rulers
I hope you succesed I would love to see more of this
God if only these guys could jam. Wait why is the furniture moving around?
There is a whole ass town in Canada called Iroquois and they all pronounce it the french Iro-qwah like you do. Tbh if there are Iroquois people in the states that say Iro-coy I believe they're saying it like that to not stir the pot, in the same way they still call themselves Indians sometimes instead of native American.
Before the reveal, I am assuming something stupid happened like Portugal, England, and Castille all getting PU-d and France just didn't go colonial.....
Edit: Uh ok that Great Power Screen just confused me more, did France maybe *eat* Castile? They couldn't have PU-d them since they don't have subject score, same with England can't have Portugal, what on Earth did Europe do for the Scandinavians and Scots to beat England the the Iberians to the new world so thoroughly? (Granted we can't see the Caribbean, so maybe the Iberians are there, but there's no Iberian power in the GP list.... did Granada/Tunis eat them enough that Iberia is just split evenly and on fire?
Alternate History be like if only the North American natives were more cooparativ with eachother
ill just have to make 2.5k alt accs to get the likes up
America really needs its 3rd rework it's been long enough.
I remember, Iroquois being the first native nations I played. Good thing, there wasn't a European nation hellbent on murdering me right after the landing.
heres my comment for the algorithm gods
And now I'm inspired to play natives
Paradox did it again
Nice job Quarbit
Confederations are perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
No invading europe, shame in you.
Migratory tribes can only be full annexed if they have no surrounding land they can jump to!
After taking their province, they can jump to any adjacent unsettled province or (I believe) any unsettled province that is apart of their tribal lands.
@@lotusdumplings7066 peace deals with tribes are so weird. migratory vs migratory you can only take one province along the border of your tribal land unless your capital is directly touching or inside their tribal land and no annexations are possible. settled vs migratory is where it gets weird though. you can annex any migratory tribe that is NOT the direct war target if you are using tribal border feud or conquest cb. you can only take bordering tribal land unless you have a settled province touching their tribal land, similar to migratory tribes. if you have a settled province touching their tribal land though, you can take large portions of their tribal land. you can only take settled land if you are adjacent with your own settled land and its also very costly, you probably can only manage two settled provinces per peace because of war score cost. however with humiliate CBs as a settled nation you can annex the direct war target if they are migratory and any other migratory tribes in the war.
@@Zerophoenix1 I believe, at the time, Quarbit wasn't settled OR migratory, but had become a developed nation, and at that point it's mostly the same as annexing a usual nation except migratory tribes will migrate unless fully blocked off.
@@lotusdumplings7066 ohh yeah true. i think its possible to annex them as well but then you gotta colonize it all :D
@@Zerophoenix1 yeah, via diplo annexing!
YES PLEASE MORE
How do you colonize neighboring lands with natives? I thought that natives just migrated and only after unifying the federation did this option unlock
tribal development (visible in the federation menu) increases over time and you can spend it on provinces within your tribal land to colonize them
"shout out to the 11 people watching this video"

This was butiful.
Could have expanded administration a lot.
, well technically they are in Your old world coming form a new unknown world to you :) yes i am playing the picky guy here, just don't mind me.
Well, that happened. Great episode. 😅
Please, please, please be Emperor of China as this Haudenosaunee Monstrosity. And CC most of the Americas barring monument sites into Iroquiois.
would have been fucking hilarious if half a million angry native americans suddenly just bumrushed the shit out of the early colonies.
Question to anyone reading comments like a year after has this been patched out??
