- I headed back out to US 41 Drag Strip in my S4 to chase that 10 second time slip! I was much more prepared this time and the results showed that. DA wasn't on our side so no record breaking times here but I accomplished what I wanted to. Next time I'll be running 104 octane so stay tuned! More to come!
Performance Modifications:
- EPL ECU / TCU tune
- TTE710 hybrid turbo
- 4bar MAP sensors
- Milltek catless downpipe
- Carbnlabs turbo inlet and aFe filter
- CTS intercooler
- 523AWHP & 545FT-TQ

I agree, a tune really wakes these cars up! Make sure you do an upgraded intercooler at the same time though, its worth it.
@@cato12 034 or Unitronic ECU w/ intercooler is a good start.

Brock your car is awesome. I have a custom tune and intercooler only running 12.1 at 113. Can you help what are the best mods would like to run 11s?
Thanks Kam! Fueling is going to be the biggest factor and your DA. If you are trapping 113 it seems like you are either at a pretty high DA or something is going on with the tune. Intake and downpipe helps but really an intercooler is the only must which you have. Most of the big name brands, EPL, 034, IE etc can crack into the 11s with their Stage 1 or 2 93 octane
I follow the channels that have upgraded to the TTE710’s so i can see if anyones engine grenades or stay’s reliable.. 🤓

Ok idk how to explain this but what I’ve noticed with my car when launching its best to not press the pedal all the way down. Try pressing it down all the way before u feel the button click then once your let go of the brake pedal u slam it down all the way
Doing this will not enable AMAX launch control and will yield much slower shifts. You want to hit the kickdown switch when launching.

Thanks man. I am loving the B9. I've had it since early 2018 and no issues. No meth for me at the moment. I'm hoping once HPFP upgrades are available that will hold me over; we'll see haha.

No I only ran pump gas

Not yet but I will be soon. Next track day is 10/22 and I'll be running 104 then 👍🏼

Brock in my stage 1 golf 7r i would run e25 on a revo stage 1 93 tune. do you think I will add performance and not damage the car if I add some e85 and run e25 on my stage 1 93 tune. I dont want to pay for another new tune. I guess I should have waited and got epl or 034 but now I am stuck with a local custom tune.
You could run up to E20-25 on your 93 tune. I would start at E20 and see how that is. It should be more than enough as long as the pump duty is high enough. You shouldn't have any problems tho

Do you have the RS3/RS5 shifter paddles? Do the lights work on them?
I run C8 RS6 shift paddles. They do not have an LED

APR hpfp is junk. They all failed and were recalled.

That's really personal preference. I typically used Individual with everything set to dynamic except suspension in Auto

Yes it can. EPL has 91 files. I believe the quickest so far on 91 is 10.98 via Dragy. Full weight
