I'm stoked for whatever you need to compete... I don't care if your on an electric walmart bike... I watch the channel following you and your career not because you rode red... Have a good one man!!!!
lesgooo!! you cant beat that great all around handling + love the ergos for tall dudes. my biggest challenge was probably finding the right balance between fork PSI and compression clickers. MXA has some good tips for setup, but it looks like youre already comfortable lol. keep grindin ✊✊
Don't understand how people can put a dislike on this video, I'm not a huge KTM fan but it was awesome to see you so pumped on your new bike. Good luck this season.
when the title said "Sold ALL My Hondas" i was like Noooooooooooo! THE 125 IS GONE!!! but you didn't sell that so im happy. good luck with the change mate, just do whatever feels right!
You gotta get a white van now. It's so crazy I sat on that exact Rockstar edition you bought because I went into Championship powersports 2 weeks ago LOL......small world
I honestly thought you where clickbaiting the shit out of us! You are the only one of all of us that can make such a decision. It's hard for a privateer / semi professional because you don't have the backing your competitors have. If this is the best possible bike for you, then you made the right decision. I can't wait for the season opener and will for sure follow your progression. Good luck!
At a privateer level you gotta get every advantage you can get, if that means your comfortable. Comfortable is faster any day! Good luck man! Coming from a Honda fan fyi!
I'm a Honda guy (but not biased towards any bike, they're all good). However I rode a 2018 350SXF and that bike was amazing. Super easy to ride (mainly because I'm coming from a 2003 CR250). I want one so bad. Good luck with the changes bro!
Im an honda guy but of course the husky is more race ready and better planted in the rear, you can see in the video that it never bounces entering or exiting a turn, excellent choice jeff iam excited to see you race!
Smart move. When KTM says 'Ready to Race' they aren't kidding. Obviously that goes for Husky too. It looks like you are already more confident and smoother in the middle of the corners on the Husky. They turn so well. I have a KTM 250 SXF Factory Edition and love it. Thanks so much for doing this! It's going to be so cool to have an inside look at Pro Motocross this summer. And Bridgette is doing a fantastic job and adds huge value to your channel
Americans loving the new Husky models wish they were Swedish Co for you guys but at least KTM saved em. Get them invaders outta ur home land. No Muslims!!
White is right! Bike looks super sharp! Watching the chin mount footage ( please don’t change it haha), paying attention to speed and the sound, the bike seems to have quite a bit more torque down low and sounds like there’s more of a linear power curve!
Glad to see you up here in Toledo Ohio in my neck of the woods! I am working on my project rebuild Vintage 1980 Honda CR125 to do some AMA & AHRMA Post Vintage 50+ Expert racing! I worked at Honda East with Mitch Gerwin of Turbo Speed Tuning that is regular there @Toledo MX Express. I hope to meet you soon Jeff, keep up the Awesome work Bro!!!💪😎👍
The Engine braking is unreal on the huskys try n focus on coming in super hot to corners and let the engine torque deal with corner entry and just gas it hard !!!! super exited to see you going nuts on it ! tune up your suspension settings to suit each track such a sick package to get the job done 👌
What results will you need to get to convince yourself to just stay on a 450. Cheaper to run in the end. Won't need a race engine. 250 class is stacked.
Hey Jeff ktm/husky just sent out a PR that their riders can'tride public tracks. I think you need might need to go hit up bakers factory or factory husky to get your private track opened up for you lol. Congrats on the bike man!
ALWAYS keep your options open, it depends on the year. I have changed rides a few times because sometimes the manufacturers just don’t listen. I’m all about me, not a brand if I feel a different bike is better the old one is gone.
Good to see you like it me and the wife ordered ours last month but we have to wait till the end of February for them to come in. So for now we are amusing ourselves watching you and others enjoying the bike. Have fun!!
If your comfy that’s all that matters bub. In my day I was super comfy on an RM250. It was the biggest pile of junk I ever rode. Lots of maintenance, not a very powerful motor. But I was 1-1.5 seconds faster per lap on it. 🤔... I loved it. Point being comfy is everything! Your such a nice cat I would support you if showed up on a stick horse with a weed eater motor on it! Prayers sent! Stay positive! Stay happy! Enjoy the the moment! Live the dream!
What about the 250? Maybe you should testride the fc250 as well. It shares a lot of parts with the fc450 so you would save a lot of money on all the parts you carry with you for the case of a crash, because you could just "borrow" them from the other bike. Plus you can get a A-kit suspension that fits both
I'm a Husky rider myself, but still i absolutely loved your Hondas especialy the 125 - man that sound. Anyway mine's a tuningproject too, so im so stoked about your Huskys journey.
Definitely not surprised. As an amateur, Japanese bikes definitely make sense for their reliability, cheaper and more available parts, etc. But if you're someone who actually benefits from cutting edge pure performance, I hate to admit it but Austrian is the way to go. Congrats on the new bike! Do you still have the cr250r? Also what about the cr125?
Once I saw the video title my first thought was a KTM or Huskie. I have a '17 KTM 450 so I'm biased but it's hard to argue with results. Electric start and the weight is what sold me.
I gave up on Honda's after my 2012 CRF250R due to the front end & handling issues alone. Since that generation of CRF Honda has NOT changed the geometry. I know people will disagree with that, but all you have to do is close the magazine reviews and compare CRF specs from 2012 to 2019 and you will find the head angle, offset, and wheel base as well as the front/rear weight bias are nearly identical.
Wow that had to be stressful at the last minute but what a great bike to switch too! I have and have had several KTMs from the 07-12 range and they just got heavier and heavier until this current generation. Currently looking to trade up to one of the more modern chassis as well. Best of luck going into the outdoor season! No offense to honda but you should get a FC250 as well :)
If that was your first time outta the crate, that was impressive! Alijah and I made our way to the fence each A practice to watch ya tear that place up! Like everyone else we were shaking our heads in disbelief and awe trying to learn from the fence. Great riding Jeff, best of luck from the both of us!
Jeff this got me hype dude def a tuff choice, Lawson makes the seven gear look so much better with the color of the gear and bike matching a lot better with the husky
I’m really happy for you, I think your going to do a lot better on the husky, I used to race mx when I was young and then did the vintage mx for awhile, now that I’m officially old and out of shape I bought a husky te300 and just trail ride for fun but I did ride a 450 and it’s crazy fast and handles like I was riding it all my life, hope to see you out in front on that husky, I think your going to do excellent
Funny that you say you couldn’t get the Honda setup right. I read a review last night that said it’s a nice bike but the window to get it setup right and dialed in is super small and has to be exact. Much harder to get dialed in than the others.
Thats so awesome bro. U bein comfortable and happy wit the bike is all that matters. They are amazing bikes i still dunno cause of the lower reving motor these past 2 yrs but they r still amazing bikes lol hope it takes u to victory and well all be behind u the whole way.
Didn't even see the video....just saw the thumbnail and just by looking at the steering head immediately thought...KTM which is basically a Husqy...lol..... nice man!
looking good bro! I am a honda dude with 12 of them in my garage but I must say you look more comfy on the husky. looking fwd for more content keep it up YOOEL!!!!!
Nice scooter. Now just figure out a way to get rid of the electric start and shed another 10 or more pounds. I had the last good Swede Husky, a 1971 400 Cross. 50 horse at the rear wheel and 232 pounds soaking wet. I am sure you are going to up your game with that Husky.
Dude you were fast on the Honda. But you look crazy comfortable and confident on the Husky and somehow even faster. Great switch and great video, keep it up!!
I love Honda's also, but respect you had to do it for you man. It looks great and I hope you get the results with it that you're looking for. Keep up the great work and videos too Jeff!!
Yeah I am getting old but it still makes me shudder when I see a MX bike with a button to start it...back in the day you had to be a man to start the big bore motocross bikes (a former two class AMA Expert License holder, 125cc motocross and 250cc Road Race...I raced at Daytona in '75).
Honda diehard since 1985, everyone who switches always returns, always. Enjoy your new ride dude, you gotta be comfortable on your ride to win. 95% rider 5% bike at the pro level.

Awesome choice!!! U looked so good in the ruts, the smother power delivery suits the riding style you've been looking for anyway, tighten the lower frame chain guide!!!!! Every ktm/Husky needs this tightened!!!!! Bike looks killer😍
The long deep ruts are where this thing really shines! Can't believe how good it tracks through them. Also, thanks for the tip! I'll keep my eye on that for sure.
Everyone I seem to meet who switches to a KTM or Husky gets way more comfortable and a lot faster. I have two KTMS and I just love the way they handle and the weight...
well i think that webb winning has a lot to do with the bike set up but its mostly do to him trainng with aldon baker and praticing with #25 and fig out that speed like if people could train and ride with tomac they could fig out his speed also noit like tomac has an untuchable speed just he pratice alone and have the bike setup loose and prb has js7 forks and rear shock setup
Never clicked so fast on a video, thats sick dude, goodluck with this season!
spread the word; hes on a husky, and hes channel gonna explode, cause all the ktm fans will be subscribing!!! :)
I never mind about the bike you ride! I just love to see you to ride fast!!! Always be safe and have fun!!!
Dude right on!!! Definitely looks like a good change for you!
Great decision you look as good as Marvin Musquin !
Dude what makes you faster and more comfortable is always the best!! Good luck this season man you sure have put the work in. Go get it man
I'm stoked for whatever you need to compete... I don't care if your on an electric walmart bike... I watch the channel following you and your career not because you rode red... Have a good one man!!!!

Drop your guesses before the video starts! No cheating😜
Jeff Walker on your instagram like 3 hours before you posted this I could tell it was a husky
Jeff Walker i guess husky based on the thumbnail because that frame tube sticking out of the gas tank to the steering looks wayyyy to familiar😂
Yamaha ? 😮
i guessed ktm/husky
I was thinking Yamaha before you said "some of you won't like this" 😂
sick switchhh! pumped for you my guy

Nice to know there is MX track near me.. thanks Jeff! Just moved to NW Ohio 1hr from Toledo metro area. Still reppin Michigan!
Should`ve Got a Yamaha... just kidding glad u like it man

Honda to Husky... If the bike does not work at least you know you could use it as a reliable lawn mower. Great vids.. keep it up.
Josh Hartwig pretty sure Honda makes lawnmowers too bud

The transmissions for the Husky FC bikes are really good. Even the factory Rockstar team ran the stock oem transmission.
Think that is a solid change. How is the contingency between the two like at your local races and so forth?
