Yes even i feel its diaphragmatic breathing I was working for long time with my laptop on the floor without chair Now i m not able to inhale the breach fully bcz my diaphragm does not assist to breathe fully I really personally wanaa meet this Dr. Manoj Sir (mu guru)

You must please make a special vedios on these wrong doings of the people . I sometime wonder when I see Baba Rsm Dev on television but he never advises about child'' breathing. Mr Chandok , retired from Tribune write s book a book " Perfect Health in five months " in 2008. I read this book thoroughly. He advised there to take breath like s child while doing Pranayam. He is a very learned man and sometime appears on U tube with health vedios,. All the fake gurus misleading the people with wrong doings of Yoga. I am very happy to know that you are doing very good service to the people selflessly.
with due respect to sir,i want to tell everyone here that we too do child breathing normally but child has to use abdominal muscles more due to the underdevelopment of intercoastal muscles or rib muscles.so,we see child's abdomen expanding outward much more as compared to adults..if your abdomen contracts inward while taking a breath in,you have a serious respiratory defect and should consult a doctor.

गुरुदेव प्रणाम मैं 34 years का हूँ मेरे शरीर मे बहुत कमजोरी है सीधा कमर से नही बैठ पाता, खासकर सुबह से हल्की सी बैचेनी जैसे सांस पूरी नही ले पाना और घबराहट आदि होती है, Dr ने कई बार बहुत टेस्ट कराए कुछ नही निकलता है, बोलता है anxeity है तनाव से ही सब हो रहा है। तनाव तो मुझे बहुत बनता है। कृपया उपाय बताये।😑🙏
