I literally thought the video started back from the beginning half way through because my guy in the hat said the exact same opening line word for word twice
IMHO The number 1 over looked MUST have in arms reach is a fire extinguisher. You MUST have 1 and I would carry 2. One inside the vehicle and the other outside it.

Most towing companies will not leave pavement, and those that due charge a heavy premium. That said, it varies from area to area and sometimes you won't know until you ask.
