I've seen a very high MOI number for the Qi10 MAX of 10,000. But I thought the USGA and R&A have set the MOI limit at 5900 g/cm² for golf clubs. So HOW LEGAL is the Qi10MAX? Have the rules changed?

difference between vertical and horizontal moi. the rule only applies to the vertical moi, 10.000 number is horizontal + vertical added up
