It’s just not televised to the world and doesn’t receive the same global coverage as US news but they struggle with racism, immigration problems and inflation like the US does. Man Prague really is a goddamn beautiful city. I’ve only even seen it represented in a few games I’ve played in the past. While it looks good in those games, the real thing really blows it out of the water
AWWW SNAP, CZECH YOU OUT! I went to Prague at the end of 2019! It was AWESOME (made it back just in time, too, because a few weeks after I got back was when the first cases of the pandemic started to become public)! You’ve PROBABLY walked past it a MILLION TIMES already if you’ve gone through that one major square but visit the Astronomical Clock. Across the Charles Bridge is the Prague Castle and there’s also a lot of independent tour guides you can find (your mileage may vary, though) that will take you on these guided “night tours” while talking about ghosts or weird/spooky things in Prague’s history! Also, go to some of the WWII and Holocaust memorials and museums and learn about Operation Anthropoid (which is one of the CRAZIEST true life stories involving a secret military operation that I’ve EVER HEARD) and then go watch the movie about it called “Anthropoid” starring Cillian Murphy. Most of all, though-enjoy yourself. 👍
As someone who lives in Prague since always I enjoy seeing my hood in AJ's vlog. I live just by Prague Manhattan, so the zoom on 23:21 aims dirrectly on my home and I can even see the rooftop of my company's offices near Vyšehrad.

Fun story about the American Embassy in Prague. They've been flying the US flag in that spot very proudly during the entire communist era too, to great annoyance of the authorities, especially the presidential office which had it right in the view every day. The German Embassy used to be West Germany's Embassy. In 1989 during the "fall of communism" period, around 4000 East Germans managed to enter the premises and resided there for several weeks hoping they could flee to the West. They eventually succeeded.

this is true for most old European cities. streets were designed for pedestrians, and to some extent for horse-drawn carriages. when motor vehicles came around, the narrow city streets just could not have been redesigned without tearing down buildings.

I've visited Prague when I lived in Europe. It is one of the most stunning cities I've seen. Everywhere you look there's an architectural marvel. My mother is an architect and I want to take her there with me one day!
I visited Prague about 13 years ago. Such a cool city. Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul is a work of art. The architecture, the construction, the engineering, and the art is truly mind blowing. Glad you decided to show it off. ❤
The St.Vitus cathedral began construction in (the year of our Lord) 929. they finished construction of the current look in 1929. took them a 1000 years to build the masterpiece it is today.
Jan Hus was mentioned in the first KCD game. He was later tried (on the insistance of none other than Sigismund of Luxemburg. Yeah that guy who's army plundered Skalitz.) and burned after the events of the game by a council at Kostnice.

Hell yeah, Joe, I lived overseas for half my life, seeing Thirteen different countries, from Czech to Paris to Rome and England; hell, I was in Oxford for a little while as my father was in the air force at the time. I still miss it from time to time, and I love seeing things like this: the rich history, all the beautiful scenery, and all the freedom theses people have apart from us. I was there last month. Nice place, bit full of crappy pretend dope joints and drunk boys but nice none the less. Also Joseph took us out on battery trikes! I asked him if they tested the flood protection system and he said no! I don’t believe it will do anything, but he seemed confident lol.

Prague was the first European city I visited in 2008, and damn it sets a high bar for all the others! Basically, everything you can find in Prague you can also see across all the European capitols. With exception of Madrid and London I guess.

Been there a couple of times and absolutely love the city!! I actually witnessed the changing of the guard and it's really on par with the change at Buckingham. And I do like these vlog style videos Joe but just like this! the 'bad' quality gives it the authentic charm!!

I envy everyone who has a chance to visit Prague for the first time. I live here my whole life and still didn't grow tired of it. :) Hope you visit Czechia again, there's a lot more to see here! (I'd guess that you had a chance to visit Kutná hora for KCD2, but still)
I was visiting Prague last month for a few days. Amazing city, beautiful and safe to walk around in. I was trying to make arrangments to visit Warhorse Studio while i was there, but unfortunately we could not make it work with our different schedules

Hell yeah, Joe, I lived overseas for half my life, seeing Thirteen different countries, from Czech to Paris to Rome and England; hell, I was in Oxford for a little while as my father was in the air force at the time. I still miss it from time to time, and I love seeing things like this: the rich history, all the beautiful scenery, and all the freedom theses people have apart from us. I would love to see more if you could ever post it part of the Anger Army all the way from North Carolina. Keep up the post. I'm so happy you got to see all these places. Keep up the posts

I was there last month. Nice place, bit full of crappy pretend dope joints and drunk boys but nice none the less. Also Joseph took us out on battery trikes! I asked him if they tested the flood protection system and he said no! I don’t believe it will do anything, but he seemed confident lol.

Prague was the first European city I visited in 2008, and damn it sets a high bar for all the others! Basically, everything you can find in Prague you can also see across all the European capitols. With exception of Madrid and London I guess.

Been there a couple of times and absolutely love the city!! I actually witnessed the changing of the guard and it's really on par with the change at Buckingham. And I do like these vlog style videos Joe but just like this! the 'bad' quality gives it the authentic charm!!

I visited Prague a long time ago but really liked it. It's a nice city to walk around. It's good to show the beauty outside ths U.S. .
