    🌟In 12 years of producing RUclips videos, this has to be a career highlight.🌟
    I'm delighted to present nothing short of an epic feature length movie of our epic 1,200km adventure across Japan with the most amazing team of friends; Connor, Pete, Natsuki, Garnt and Felix, raising $1million for the Immune Deficiency Foundation.
    Shot and edited beautifully by the great CameramanPaul, join us from the shores of Hiroshima, to the cherry blossom of Himeji castle, to the madness of Legoland and the crazy finale at Tokyo Tower. It's time for Cyclethon III: The Big One! Grab the popcorn and let's do this! 🍿🍿🍿

      @Raiaka 5 месяцев назад +25

      @@breadboi420 The two videos have different goals and exist for different purposes. Chris's video is a more cinematic documentation of the highlights of the trip. Connor's video is a more comprehensive recap of the stream itself. One being more to your tastes is no reason to speak poorly of the other.

    As a bloke the same age as Chris with a similar power paunch, I do find it inspiring him just jumping in and doing this trip without being in primo shape. I'm not going to let not being an adonis stop me from trying similar. Also, seeing this finally come out instead of stitched together livestream footage really makes me appreciate the impressive camera & editing work this channel puts into projects. Challenging proper TV documentaries whilst using mostly prosumer cameras, mics & drones with a tiny team.

    I've said it many times before, but you truly achieved something amazing together.
    Special shoutout to Paul for the amazing editing of this Cyclethon: The Movie - and of course all of the support team who make it possible for you to achieve these crazy heights. A lot of what they do stays behind the scenes, no doubt, but I can't help but smile whenever I see them at work on screen in the background.

    Since this cyclothon, I've taken up cycling again, doing 3-4 times a week, weather permitting. Thanks to both of you for getting me back in this and doing more exercise. And I have to agree with Chris on one thing, when you start cycling, the first 10-15 minutes, your legs hurt but after that, it gets better. But the hand pain, I would love if someone had a solution for that. I find that bike gloves padding is never at the right place for a road bike.

      Maybe get a proper bike fitting session. Making sure saddle and handle bars are right is so important. Don't assume a bike is right for you straight out of the shop. And Don't be afraid to have your handlebars higher than is fashionable.
