As a fan you think you know how crazy Johnny Knoxville and Jackass Co. can be. But then you hear him say "shoot myself with a revolver" and "I had to buy the cheapest vest they had" and you realize that they're wilder than we can ever imagine them to be.

Ryan Dunn was such a magnificent maniac. He knew repeatedly doing something was a terrible idea, would talk himself out of it... and then did it anyway. Absolute madman in the best way possible.

Dunn was always my favorite along with Knoxville. He made it seem more relatable as he was clearly sketched out but still did it like me and my friends (stupidly) did. I always recognized Bam as being the softest but I don't get why people bitched about him crying when he was locked in with a Cobra. I think I may have had a similar reaction even as a fan of snakes. That's anxiety you physically can't control.
I was hoping to see a comment towards the top about Dunn...It will never be the same without him, he was my favorite and still is...Hope Bam is doing better now

the Butt X-ray is still one of the funniest jackass sketches ever, the way the doctor tell him "Dont tell anyone" and it was for a movie everyone was gonna see
"it's gonna hurt, but it's just loud" is actually the most persuasive thing he could've said, he was being honest about the fact it's painful but everything gonna be fine
The Big Red Rocket is still my favourite. "He almost died and he's dancing" is just the perfect description of Knoxville.

@@erikgonzalez5211 well i understand it because i have been a fan for over 15 years but this one is missing something, maybe music, because Jackass 2 and 3 had memorable music that made those movies epic and maybe some key members like Bam, Phil, April, Loomis, Brandon Novak, we can't have Ryan but atleast those people that we grow up with, have them in the last Jackass movie

Yeah I had the (apparently mistaken) impression that he was one of the more well-adjusted of the guys.

I remember watching Jackass the movie for the absolute 1st time EVER with my pregnant wife back in 2003. She laughed so hard she pissed herself & threw up on herself.

If im correct ive read somewhere that non of the jackass guys can get insurance.
Theres an interview with knoxville about what was the most expensive stunt to insure. It was supposed to be a stunt where Chris Pontius goes as Party boy to one of those fire and brimstone churches with live snakes. When they approached the insurance company about it, they said it was gonna be $2M for that single bit alone. Their budget was only $6M. Needless to say they decided not to do the bit.

They didn't let bam margera in the movie because he's not sober yet Steve O was off his rockers throughout the entite series/show/wild boyz. NOONE should care its JACKASS. The poopies guy was annoying with pretending to act braindead. It wasn't what i was hyped for
Dudes, these guys are like almost 50 years old, of course they are not going to deliver what they used to. With the rapid change of media consumption, im pretty sure we're not going to witness something similar in this calibre. They've been doing it for more than 20 years, so mad respect to them.

The riot control test is one of my favorite stunts and probably one of the craziest things they’ve done on Jackass. Knoxville is a champ for staying on his feet.
I love that he can talk about these things so calmly.
one of my all time favorite moments in Jackass is after Weeman punches Johnny in the nuts, Johnny acts like hes scratching his leg with his foot then nails Weeman back. It's just so perfect! lol
