Is the sugar you are burning part of the 1 1/2 cups of your recipe or a separate amount and how much if it is separate ? Kia Ora korua.

Confused lol Not the maori steamed pudding I am used to eating. Normally eat the ones steamed in the formula cans, but this one looked ok.

Hmmm this ain't steam pudding 🤣. For starters your meant to put it in a tin then in a pot of water and keyword, steam it.
