Instant Rava Masala Dosa | रवा मसाला डोसा | Chetna Patel Recipes

- Dosa Tawa :

Ingredients:
1 Cup = 250 ml
1 Cup - Semolina ( Barik )
Grind Properly
2 tbsp - Wheat Flour
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup - Whisk Curd
Mix it very well
1/2 Cup - Water
Rest for 15-20 minutes
Whisk again and mix it and add again
1/4 to 1/2 Cup - Water ( adjust Consistency - smooth texture)
Onion Filling ( Masala)
Take a bowl
1 no - Onion Chopped
Pinch Salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Mix it well , keep aside
In batter add
1/2 tsp - Eno ( blue )
Mix it well
Take a dosa Tawa and make it dosa , put some butter and spread over the dosa
Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder
Sprinkle Garam Masala Powder
Capsicum Chopped
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Onion Filling ( Masala )
Grated Cheese
Again Sprinkle Coriander , Chopped masala onion (Tomato - optional ), Capsicum , Red Chilli Powder and make it Dosa and Serve

Green Chutney :
• Chutney Recipe | चटणी
Coconut Chutney :
1/2 Cup - Roasted chana dal ( Daliya)
1/2 Cup - Fresh Coconut ( without skin )
2 no - Green Chillies
1 inch - Ginger
Salt to taste
Water
2 tbsp - Curd
Make smooth Chutney
Tadka :
1/2 tsp - Oil
1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
Pinch - Urad Dal Split ( White )
6-7 no - Curry leaves
1 no - Dry Chilli Whole ( Cut into 2)
Grind it and serve

Then it used to be time for me to visit the doctor. The code word in South India for getting injections and beatings is called masala dosas. She would 100% gimme one or more painful injections on my bums. After getting i used to visit my aunt's place where she used to see me rubbing my bums and tease me that the doc gave me masala dosa on one bum and special rava masala dosa on the other bum😥😥😥she used to ask me if i want to eat more icecreams in rains again

Very nice! Looks so good. Normally the authentic Rawa Masala looks like a net (jali) pattern. The batter for it should be very very thin and watery and made by sprinkling with ladle by ladle or even fingers.(chhati ne)
