Really upsetting this album wasn’t noticed by the masses
Desert Sessions have always been a niche experimental thing. It wasnt meant to blow up in the mainstream and thats fine.
That's the purpose of it. It builds Homme's legacy as the best of his time. In my personal canon he's lineal succesor of nonconformistic art from Beat generation writers through Bowie, Iggy, Lou, Tom Waits until now.

I always kinda thought this song would be huge
First second got me wondered if they messed up with the name :D
This is quite similar to how I’d pictured a music video for this song to come together. The videography is absolutely stunning as the way the video moves with the music is fantastic. Very well done to those who produced/wrote and directed this video.

This video was well produced, and the plot seemed to going somewhere interesting but it just ended up with murdered women.
I thought the pomegranate lady was going to turn out to be the avenging ghost of the dude's prior victim. That would have been far better.
The ending really upset me. So, well done, right? Beautifully shot. Quit your day job.
A 2nd video? Not sure what the deal is with this, but the other music video was much better. It would be awesome to see a music video of a song that wasn't done yet, like "Something You Can't See" for example.

Yeah, technically well done and it's a school project, got it, BUT no need for this, the "original" video is beautiful, perfect I would say, it fits the song like a motherfucking glove, desert vibes baby.
